I don’t recognize either name used on the questionnaire. I found the staff to be most incompetent or starting from the time I walked in. I left the dealership not understanding next steps, after being left for long periods of time and then Harrison coming back and saying “that’s it for now.” Not to mention, the diamond coat of $10 wax applied to the vehicle and ending up being an automatic “non-negotiable” $1000 charge. When the dealership finally got the check and all the paperwork back from our corporate office, I had to reach out and notify them of the tracking info indicating that it had actually been delivered already (after being told that it hadn’t from dealership staff.) I told Joshua that we would be in approx 30 mins later to pick up our vehicle. Wr arrived at the dealership to find Harrison watching YouTube boxing videos on his computer and he told us “great, the car will be ready in 10 minutes. Feel free to have a seat and wait.” We spent over one hour at the dealership after arriving, waiting for them to get it ready? They had over a week to prepare it to be ready and waited until the last minute. This experience was very poor, the business I work in is based in customer service and we have great training allocated for it. This dealership obviously lacks the framework for such and it’s truly disappointing. While waiting for picking up our vehicle, I spoke with a fellow customer whose car died at 90k miles and he was urged into another vehicle. Dodge and Chrysler have terrible reputations so I steer clear from This brand or group. However, I’ve bought several cars from Dick’s auto group in the past and unfortunately this experience was so poor that I will never be purchasing from this location, and am unsure of Dick’s for any future car purchases as a result of this bad experience and will be sharing this with my friends and colleagues to save them the headache. Please work on customer service training, train your staff to at least appear to be busy, and make sure they communicate what the next steps are before the customer leaves the dealership. More

I came in on a Saturday looking for the Rebel X Ram 2025. I talked with salesman Harrison and Joe from finance. Joe stated up front that I would get $5K in incentives and 4.79% interest. I was all in. That was the Bait. Joe worked up the paperwork for us to come in, sign, and take home our new truck. We were so excited! Switch-the paperwork shows 7.99% with a payment of $1250/month. The best part? They would be CHARGING us for the warranty! We would pay for the warranty…the one that comes with every single new vehicle purchase? Not the extended warranty that is discussed at signing, the FACTORY warranty. Wait. WHAT? We were done. We decided to write an email to Ryan Rummerfield (Sales GM) stating everything we experienced. There has been no response from him, which really doesn’t surprise me. Days later, the Service GM Drew called. He had heard that we canceled a service for another vehicle we own and took it upon himself to find out why. Drew gets five stars. Ryan would get zero stars if that were an option. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn he trained good ol’ Joe himself. More

I dread going to dealerships because the salespeople are always so pushy, and I feel taken advantage of in one way or another.. But my experience at Dick’s CJDR was completely unlike any other I’ve been to- always so pushy, and I feel taken advantage of in one way or another.. But my experience at Dick’s CJDR was completely unlike any other I’ve been to- I wish I had went to this place years ago! My experience with Harrison and Mr Red was so awesome that I had to take a moment and share my gratitude because they deserve it. Harrison was so attentive to my needs in a particular vehicle and respectful of my budget. Their wide open layout made me feel included throughout the entire process, I was involved and treated with respect from start to finish. Mr Red spent time making sure I got the best rate possible, and I really appreciate that because it meant they were saving me money and that is unheard of when buying a car! I got the jeep I wanted, with everything on my list, and left there not a dollar over budget. My family, friends & I will never go anywhere else but Dick’s! More
