Service took too long, over 2 weeks. Service center was mostly non-responsive. My advisor Dave was unprofessional too. I called him several times to know the update, and 9 out of ten tim Service center was mostly non-responsive. My advisor Dave was unprofessional too. I called him several times to know the update, and 9 out of ten times he would not be around the phone. I left him voice message but never got a call back. He said he would let me know about the progress, but never updated me regularly. After leaving my car at the workshop, 5 days later Dave called to let me know that my car will be checked next, then 6 days later he says it needs a starter motor, and will be fixed next day. Another 5 days later i get a call that i can pick up my car. Based on this timeline, you can see what kind of delay and irresponsibility I am talking about. Nobody called me to let me know that there would be 5 days of delay, after they have said "tomorrow". This is just completely unprofessional behavior from a workshop that charges twice the amount of regular price for both parts and labor. The service is nowhere near even acceptable. Frustrating. More
