Bad customer service due to not offering promotion price for oil change. Took my Rogue in for service due to a recall alert I received. I was prepared to sit and wait awhile, but they had me in an out very quickly. I was pleased with the speed and courtesy. Service was fine but when I got home I was missing a cover for my front rim. The bolt was there but cover missing. I went to service area and they said it was on or it fell off. He also said that it could have been broken but if it was, he should have mentioned it to me before I left. Now I have to drive around missing it until your service department gets a replacement.
