I dropped off my QX80 back in May 2022 to get the BCI Malfunction corrected. My service rep and service manager indicated the malfunction was related to sunlight or dirt on my car. They indicated they Malfunction corrected. My service rep and service manager indicated the malfunction was related to sunlight or dirt on my car. They indicated they could not replicate the error or find an error code in the car. The error code/malfunction came on as I left the lot after paying the diagnostic fee for nothing. I called and left a voicemail with my service rep each time I drove the car for days after....as the light continued to come on. Several mechanics in Columbia warned me about Dick Smith and encouraged me to call dealers in surrounding cities. One call to Baker Infiniti in Charleston was all it took. They immediately recognized the error and arranged the fix, under warranty. I can't ever trust Dick Smith service department to provide actual assistance ever again. More
