Over the years my wife & I have leased Town & Country's from Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler going back to the early 90's. My wife & I both have our own Town & Country's. We both golf & the vehicle is so great just to throw your clubs in & take off too the golf course, the stow & go is really great & so easy to use. We have driven to numerous places on vacation (Myrtle Beach, SC, Orlando, Fl, W. Va., Tenn., Sarasota, Fl, Kentucky) & had all kinds of room for luggage & golf clubs. Oct. 2012 we picked up friends in Indiana & drove down to Marathon, Fla. for a 12 day get-a-way. Do your self a favour & give the Chrysler Corp. Mini-Van a chance to be your family vehicle, the kids will really enjoy all the room & comfort. More

I offered a price of $18000 on a 2010 Town and Country and it was accepted. After picking up the van and breaking down the list of figures on the sales contract, I found I was charged $352.98 extra. Brought truck in with a bad smell in it ... not knowing what it was. Truck was torn apart and didn't fine anything. I had to take it into a GM dealership and they found the reason for the smell in less then 2 hrs. I ended up having to pay GM dealer because it wasn't going to be covered under my Ins. I brought it back to DH and told them what was wrong with it. I asked if they were going to pay me back my money I was told no. Truck was with them for four days and when I picked it up I was happy till I got it home and really looked things over. My dash board was gouged and my glove box had digs in it plus my back door on drivers side had two scratches in it. Took it back to dealership now I do live over 30 mins away one way that is. I have a new kick pannel and glove box coming but I feel I should get my $100 back that I had to pay the GM dealership because the service center didn't do their job on finding out it was the heater core that went bad in my truck. Heck I only have a little over 17000 miles on it. So not happy with the people there on how they treat someones truck/car. More
I drove out of my way to take my car to Dick Huvaere's. I am so happy that I did! I had a poor sales experience at Southfield Chrysler, and will not return there. They were very helpful, and the onsite Enterprise rental car was a wonderful convenience. I will now drive over an hour to get my Jeep serviced in the hands of people I can trust. When it is time to purchase again, I look forward to working with their sales consultants. Their team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They offered me warranty work and repairs that other dealers never even mentioned. More
Brought my car in for service because the engine light came on. They have had my car now a week tomorrow and havnt even looked at it yet. Excellent work on both our vehicles. Prompt, courteous, friendly. They inform you of what is going on with your vehicle and the anticipated length of time it will take and the estimated cost. I have used the body shop 3 times on 2 different cars. The work done each time was quality work and they treated my cars like they were there own. Even if I had another car that was not a Dodge I would b The work done each time was quality work and they treated my cars like they were there own. Even if I had another car that was not a Dodge I would bring here for the work to be done. I had no problems with the insurance company taking it here for the work to be done. If I had any questions Gary was prompt at getting a answer. No one ever wants to have anything to do with a body shop but if I need to again I will be back. Thanks again. Petty 43! More
Brought my 2008 Dodge Caravan in for A/C service a week ago and was told that it needed a hose replaced and than to be recharged. The dealer charged me over $250 for repair. Not even a week later the A/C w ago and was told that it needed a hose replaced and than to be recharged. The dealer charged me over $250 for repair. Not even a week later the A/C went out again so I brought car back to dealer and now they tell me it is going to cost me over another $850 to repair again because they found another leak in the rear of the system. They say they did not find the leak the first time I had it in for service because it was such a slow leak. I cannot afford to pay another $850 for repairs and if I would have known that this repair was going to cost me over $1000 total to have the problem resolved I would not have spent the first $250 on it. I was told that the first time they did the repair that they put the new front hose on and charged the system and than checked for leaks throughout the whole system. The problem I have with that is how did they replace a hose, charge system , and than check the whole system for leaks in under 2 hours and now this time I bring the car in and they say they charged system and checked the whole system for leaks but this time it took them around 5 hours to find it. That right there tells me they did not check the whole system the first time around but what they did do is they found a leak in a hose at the front of the system and than replaced it and called it good. The bottom line is I threw $250 out the window to have you guys put a hose on that did not even fix the problem. Put yourself in my shoes and see if that seems a little crooked.I have bought numerous cars from your dealer and also have family members that I refered to your dealer for business and than this is how a repeating customer gets treated. I for one will never buy another car from your dealer and will be sure to pass the word on to the rest of my family. More
