We only came to the service center for an oil change. We live 45 minutes from this dealership, but we choose to come all the way here because the service is excellent. I bought a brand new 2014 Durango had it 2 days and the engine light came on took it back waited 2 days before any one called and then they made it seem only a couple days it would be fixed they had to rep engine light came on took it back waited 2 days before any one called and then they made it seem only a couple days it would be fixed they had to replace the entire gas tank! Checked on progress the next day still waiting on part talk to manager in the sales dept. and he told me it might be a month before they got the part!! Called Chrysler because at this point I did not even want the car I wanted a new one and they said you can claim it under the lemon law we won't exchange it, knowing full well it would qualify for the lemon law yet. They said they would expedite the part. They ended up replacing the tank with one that was compatible one and got the car back in about a week and a half. I think only because I called everyday! Never offered anything to make for it they gave me a free rental and figured that was enough. Then a week later the engine light came on in my other car a Chrysler 200 they had it for 3days and said nothing's wrong software error but watch and see if it start acting up ? I am so disappointed with this dealer they seemed to lie,not know things . One person tells u a couple days and the other tells u a month ridiculous! I have been going there for yrs but now I don't think I'll be going back More
I brought the vehicle in because the multi switch that controls the hi/low beams, intermittent wipers, and turn signal was not working correctly.. The estimate page I signed showed about $100 for this problem. After keeping my car for 2 days and multiple hours of diagnostics, service finally agreed that the switch was the problem. They then had to take another day to get the part. The part, installation, and diagnostics ended up costing over $350.00. If this was an undiagnosed electrical problem, fine. But when the problem is rather obvious, fix it before going off on an expensive, wild goose chase. More
I recently took my new truck in for its first routine maintenance I was greeted and taken care of by Michael which he made me feel like a regular customer because I never used the dealership for my maint maintenance I was greeted and taken care of by Michael which he made me feel like a regular customer because I never used the dealership for my maintenance needs I normally take care of it myself. I had some worrying on myself due to the bad reputation that some dealerships get it was on my mind and hoping I don't experience this with recent visit and future visits for my maintenance needs. Thank you Michael and your service technicians for making my experience at all my expectations and some that I was un aware of these are the things that make me want to come back again and again and refer other people here for there service . In all great job and keep up the the great service reputation that you all deserve. More
Had an appointment for 9:30 a.m. Monday. Car wasn't even looked at until Tuesday p.m. Didn't start working on car until Wednesday a.m., done before noon, charged $220 for labor. Air conditioning stopped working. While trying to figure out what happened, radiator light came on and noticed temperature gauge was at H. Pulled over, opened hood, and there was NO RADIATOR CAP! Called dealership and they denied doing anything to the radiator since they worked on the alternator, but NO ONE ELSE TOUCHED THE CAR! They finally came with a new cap and fluid but still said they didn't do it. Also came home with a smaller engine cover than I started with, but they insist that is the only one made for the car. After spending $500 in repairs and going through all of this, I would NEVER recommend their service department. They had other people's cars in and out while mine sat. Ridiculous! Why make an appointment and then take other cars before the ones that were scheduled? Very poor organization. The only way my car is ever going back here for repairs is if I have engine problems because of it overheating because they left the radiator cap off, and they have to fix it for free because I have it in writing from the service manager that it was their problem, not mine. Crappy, crappy service. More
Over the years my wife & I have leased Town & Country's from Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler going back to the early 90's. My wife & I both have our own Town & Country's. We both golf & the vehicle is so great just to throw your clubs in & take off too the golf course, the stow & go is really great & so easy to use. We have driven to numerous places on vacation (Myrtle Beach, SC, Orlando, Fl, W. Va., Tenn., Sarasota, Fl, Kentucky) & had all kinds of room for luggage & golf clubs. Oct. 2012 we picked up friends in Indiana & drove down to Marathon, Fla. for a 12 day get-a-way. Do your self a favour & give the Chrysler Corp. Mini-Van a chance to be your family vehicle, the kids will really enjoy all the room & comfort. More

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER SHIP TO ANYONE, THEY GAVE ME CRAP FOR MY TRADE IN LAST YEAR AND WHEN i ASKED THE SALES PERSON i WAS DEALING WITH HE SAID IT WAS ALL SET, COME TO FIND OUT THE NEXT DAY WHE GAVE ME CRAP FOR MY TRADE IN LAST YEAR AND WHEN i ASKED THE SALES PERSON i WAS DEALING WITH HE SAID IT WAS ALL SET, COME TO FIND OUT THE NEXT DAY WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED THEY ONLY GAVE ME PART OF THE TRADE i ASKED FOR. Brought truck in with a bad smell in it ... not knowing what it was. Truck was torn apart and didn't fine anything. I had to take it into a GM dealership and they found the reason for the smell in less then 2 hrs. I ended up having to pay GM dealer because it wasn't going to be covered under my Ins. I brought it back to DH and told them what was wrong with it. I asked if they were going to pay me back my money I was told no. Truck was with them for four days and when I picked it up I was happy till I got it home and really looked things over. My dash board was gouged and my glove box had digs in it plus my back door on drivers side had two scratches in it. Took it back to dealership now I do live over 30 mins away one way that is. I have a new kick pannel and glove box coming but I feel I should get my $100 back that I had to pay the GM dealership because the service center didn't do their job on finding out it was the heater core that went bad in my truck. Heck I only have a little over 17000 miles on it. So not happy with the people there on how they treat someones truck/car. More
