Sale person lied about purposes of documents she wanted me to sign. Sales person lied about Washington and Oregon state laws to get me to pay for additional fees. Sales people lied about the company taking care of the DEQ and registration. Stay in Oregon to buy a car and know the laws in your own state. Never say ok to a car dealership without verifying every statement they make. Bring your smartphone and question everything More

To be honest I wasn't ready to trade in my van. However I stopped by Dick Hanna truck center. Thinking maybe about a truck. Then I saw a 2009 Dodge Jouney it was an impressive looking car. So we look futher into the jouney. Wasn't impress with the color at first. I went ahead and took it for a test drive it had all the bells and whistles I was hopeing for. Bret went out of his way to help me. I wish the price was a little less. However Bret continued working with numbers. I finally agreed with the price. The greatest thing about bret he did not pressured me. I was concerned weather or not my wife would approve. He said take the car to her. If she doesn't like like it. we will look into something she would like. That is the kind of sales people you need. Its not always about the dollar sign for the dealership.
