My overall expierence was great. Heather James was super friendly and did everything in her power to get my husband and I both into new vehicles for a price we could all agree on. My only hiccup was that at the dealership we bought a 2008 Dodge Nitro for my husband and a 2014 Jeep Patriot for myself. We were informed that night that we had been approved for one interest rate and payment by the bank on the Patriot that we agreed to and then the next day I got a call from Heather stating something had changed, when I called her back she informed me that we did indeed get approved but for a higher interest rate then what we agreed on so my payments were going to by higher. Heather was great in explaining what happened and brainstorming ideas to remedy the situation so I could keep the Patriot. My dad decided to co-sign and came in to fill out the paper work which got a lower interest rate and payment, that I am very happy with. It was just a pain to have to sit for 6 hours going through the financial process only to have to come back in 2 days later and do it all over again. Other than that Heather was super friendly and accomadating through the whole process and I have already recommended 2 people to her. She got me out of a car I hated into a car I have wanted for a long time and love. It was great finding I could have my dream car for a reasonable price. More

They tried to PACK the financing agreement with unnamed fees, which became repetitive unnecessary warranties and insurance policies after I refused to pay the fees. Sale person lied about purposes of documents she wanted me to sign. Sales person lied about Washington and Oregon state laws to get me to pay for additional fees. Sales people lied about the company taking care of the DEQ and registration. Stay in Oregon to buy a car and know the laws in your own state. Never say ok to a car dealership without verifying every statement they make. Bring your smartphone and question everything More
