We did our research and were almost certain of the vehicle that we wanted to buy before even contacting the dealership over the phone. Once we did, Marcie was quick to answer our questions or anxious to meet our needs. I told her straight up what I was looking at, and what I wanted my payments to be. She took my application information over the phone, and they began working on a deal for me. We'd already test driven the same type of vehicle multiple times in the past, so we wanted to complete as much of the process remotely as possible. Marcie and her manager got us the deal that we wanted, so it was time to take the next steps. The next day Marcie was off, and handed us off to Heather. I had my Husband come in to look at the vehicle, but when he arrived the person on site had no idea what he was talking about. He brought the wrong vehicle and told us he didn't recognize the names of the people we'd been working with. Frustrated, he left the dealership and drove with the kids back home. I text Heather ( I was at work) and held nothing back expressing my displeasure for the service we received. Almost immediately, we received a call from her manager explaining there was a misunderstanding. My Husband had done to the wrong location of Dick Hannah, and the salespeople at DH Dodge Chrysler Jeep were not helpful and getting us to realize what had happened. To remedy the situation, Heather drive the car out to our house instead. We did paperwork at my dining room table while my son ate lunch. My Husband went to work, I followed Heather back to the Truck Center to close to deal. We signed papers and I drove my new Journey home, with an extended warranty package, that same night. Between test driving myself, signing all paperwork, and and getting the keys - I was in the office maybe 90 minutes, and I had A LOT of questions. Thanks for a great experience ladies! More

Rob was SO helpful, and patient as we had a very specific idea of what we wanted to buy, and not only did he have our credit obstacle, but we also needed to stay below a specific monthly payment. He searched the entire inventory several times and showed us car after car that fit within those parameters until we found the perfect car for our family. He really helped us negotiate a great deal with the bank, and ultimately we walked away with a great deal. I highly recommend Rob Akers as your sales person, he was very down to Earth, knowledgeable about not only the vehicles he was showing us but also what financing would look like for each vehicle. Normally car shopping is a stressful thing, but Vancouver Truck Center and Rob made the experience incredibly easy and stress free, and at the end of the day, we drove home in our brand new car! 5 star service!
