I brought my mechanic buddy and my girl along, and we weren't on the lot for more than 2 minutes before Rob asked us if we needed help. He was very patient while each of us took a test drive, and the whole experience was laid back, low-pressure, and it really felt more like buying a car from a friend than a sales guy. Rob answered all of our questions about the 4wd capabilities and functions, and was super helpful and chill throughout the whole car-buying process.
