A shady experience. I dealt with Mike Galvan. First off, I was going down to look at a Toyota Solara. He told me they would have that car ready and waiting for me when I I dealt with Mike Galvan. First off, I was going down to look at a Toyota Solara. He told me they would have that car ready and waiting for me when I got there. Well he said the car sold by the time I got there. But yet he know I was heading there? So I don't get it. If you tell someone that you are going to sell them a certain car but yet you sold it to someone else? Seems shady. Anyway, he had a 2008 Nissan Sentra which is not a bad little car. I decided to take that one. It was in pretty good shape. Next he told me that there was a 1 year warranty on all cars sold on their lot. Well that turned out to be not true. When I was in talking to the finance manager I found out it has a 30 day warranty because it was sold from their budget lot. None of this was explained to me by Mike. Lastly, there was some GAP coverage for 895 dollars they tacked on the final bill that wasn't explained to me up front. I guess this GAP coverage is supposed to pay 150% of the value of my car in case it is totaled. Why didn't someone tell me about this up front? Why wait until the end until I'm about to sign papers and walk out the door. All in all Mike and Heather weren't terrible to deal with. Better than other experiences I've had in the past with other car salesman but the whole deal just seemed shady. I don't think I'll go back there again. More

It was very refreshing to work with someone who didn't pressure me into something I didn't want just to make a quick buck off of someone with very little knowledge about cars. Sammy worked extremely hard getting me a good interest rate so my payments were reasonable. Heather was the finance person and she was excellent. She made sure all the paperwork was accurate and done in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

I returned for multiple reason, the most prevalent being the quality of their sales people. My most recent experience was with Marcie Jones. Marcie was friendly, attentive and straightforward. She showed me what I asked for, made the process quick and accommodating. I also purchased a car from her for my fiancé about two weeks after my truck and am pleased to say I had the same experience. Most pleasing is the aftercare I have received with Marcie, we have had a few issues with the car and Marcie always answers her phone or calls back promptly. Always drops what she is doing to assist and help with appointments. She is awesome with follow up issues and that is probably what I am most thankful for at this point. More
