In and out with a new car at the speed of awesome. I entered the dealership hoping to find something in my price range. I had pre obtained an approval from my bank. I walked in and met Taylor. He walked me through most of the loan stuff and financing. After figuring out what i had to work with and what i was looking for in a new truck or suv, he looked up something for us to try out. we walked around a bit and made it to my future new car. It was a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. He took me through the bells and whistles and after we got it stated we took nice test drive. I loved it. very comfortable. Being a bigger guy I was concerned about comfort when sitting in a new vehicle. This SUV has plenty of space for me, and its great. It drives like a dream and has plenty of nice amenities. We drove back to the dealer ship and decided that i wanted it. After a little more time, and paper work he handed me off to Heather James to finish the rest. She was fast and got everything I needed done. After only a few hours at the dealership I walked out with a new used SUV and have been ecstatic ever since. Thank you Taylor and Heather. More

However, my daughter made an appointment with Roxanne at the Truck Center to get a different car, so I went with her. Truthfully, I was floored. They had the car my daughter wanted, got the interest rate cut from 24% to 5.4%, brought it down to $50 under what she could afford monthly, knocked nearly $2,000 off the price, and went above and beyond to make us both happy. The car was spotless, too, and ready to drive home. If you have to deal with Dick Hannah, this is the place to go. More
