Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Had a wonderful experience! I usually don't like shopping for a new vehicle. I don't like the whole process. However, Rob at Vancouver Truck Center was great! He wasn't pushy. He answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable. He was calming in a usually stressful (for me) situation and also talked to me (the wife) not just my husband--which is what I experience in most places. The upper management was also very respectful and not pushy and we feel we got a good deal! We weren't even planning on buying a truck that day but everything fell into place and felt right thanks to Rob Akers! Definitely will go back there in the future. More

Mohamed is rarely new to the truck center but, was outstanding , very helpful with showing Mohamed was salesman who Sammy( Sales Mngr) set me up with. Mohamed is rarely new to the truck center but, was outstanding , very helpful with showing me how different vehicle features worked......as I test drove different ones. Sammy worked hard to find me a vehicle that fit my lifestyle and that was affordable for me. It was a very pleasant experience. I ended up with a 2014 Subaru Outback. My first vehicle Sammy helped me with years ago was a Kia Soul Sport and again he was the BEST. If Sammy can't do the deal than, no one can!!!! More
