I bought a 2019 RAM 2500 3 weeks ago and it has been in the service center twice. The first issue was the navigation screen freezing (eventually stopped working) after 2 days of ownership of the vehicle, a the service center twice. The first issue was the navigation screen freezing (eventually stopped working) after 2 days of ownership of the vehicle, and the second issue is the vehicle would not start after 3 weeks of ownership. I had to pay for towing and car rental. I would really like to understand what a 'Certified Pre owned' actually means because this truck is starting to feel like a lemon. I was sold a lemon. More

The delivery experience was marred by a recall which should really have been handled before the car was delivered (Issued in July, according to Stellantis docs). Subtracting one star for this safety recall *not* being performed prior to rolling the car onto the sales floor. Safety is #1, so this affects the overall rating. Confusion about the lack of a second key fob (had been checked out by the Jeep side - and, okay, WHAT were they doing with it, when the car was on the Dodge side?) also affected this experience. In the Customer's mind, the question becomes, 'what, are they driving it to lunch or something?' Suggestion: It would have been most helpful to have had in hand a physical copy of the Checklist which Service performs as PDI on the vehicle. Such a thing would allow for greater Customer confidence that the vehicle has been thoroughly checked before delivery. I realize that there is a need to have vehicles on the floor so that they may be sold, but may I suggest that in slack times for Service, this checklist could be performed first on the top trims on the floor, working down to lower trims. This simple detail keeps the shop busy, allows for Training, and further enhances your Customer *confidence* and experience. More
