My experience recently buying a used 2020 Jeep grande Cherokee was made so easy by Ron, our sales person. He was very polite and very patient with me on the price points. I am in customer service for a living and he really stood up to the task of easing my way and making this a pleasant experience in buying my jeep. Kudos to Ron as I feel that is a stand out sales person for Dick Hannah. My husband works for Procaliber and the paperwork Ron drove out to me was to make sure all discounts were given to an employee. This was on his day off. I know this as had asked him what days he has off coming up as he was working late with us. Very grateful to his services while buying my Jeep. He was fun to talk to and laughed a lot. :) More

So my experience with Dick Hannah Ram was very interesting. I had always had bad luck with the Dick Hannah brand. I thought their lifetime warranty was just a gimmick to get you in the door, and t interesting. I had always had bad luck with the Dick Hannah brand. I thought their lifetime warranty was just a gimmick to get you in the door, and the cost of the warranty was hidden within the offer. So naturally, I went in expecting a back and forth, knockout, drag-out negotiation. Instead, I got a very upfront and fair offer from the sales team. I have to say it caught me off guard, and I thought there was something sneaky going on in the beginning. However, they allowed me to leave the lot several times and do some more research, at which point I found out that their offer was quite fair. I checked some of the local dealerships, and none of them are willing to cut the deal that Dick Hannah Ram did. A matter of fact, after going 6 other dealerships and talking to Dave Smith's in ID, I found myself at another dealership (RON TOKIN), where I found the truck I really wanted (It was a color, trim, tech thing). I tried to work a deal there, but starting with the numbers Dick Hannah offered me and I was out of that dealership in less than 30 mins. They were not willing to cut that deal because they felt there was a lack of inventory on the market, which meant they could get a higher price for the truck. I went back to Dick Hannah's and explained to them that I really wanted this truck at the other dealership, and instead of blowing me off, they continued to try and work a deal. The salesperson, Mike Crane, bent over backward to get me into that truck. I sent him well over 100 text messages back and forth, trying to rationalize things and work the numbers to where I was comfortable, and they could still make a small profit from the sale. In the end, they did a dealer swap and got me into the truck I wanted. It took a little longer than I had expected because the other dealership didn't want to give up the truck, but in the end, they were able to pull off the deal. Got to say the no pressure tactic threw me for a loop, and it made me skeptical, but in the end, everyone was happy. I would work a deal with Mike again, just with a little less back and forth on my end. UPDATE: These guys are top-notch. After Ron Tokin Screwed me out of my truck deal (they sold the truck I bought and sold it to someone two days later so they didn't have to sell it to Dick Hannah's). These guys worked around the clock to get me the right truck at a reasonable price. In the end, I had to come out of pocket a little more, but they found me the truck. I feel bad for their team because they took a hit, but they made things right which is what counts. More
