After calling Dick Hannah Ram and telling them I wanted to buy a specific truck, I was informed the truck in question is not on their lot yet. The sales person told me that I would have to put a $1,000 NON to buy a specific truck, I was informed the truck in question is not on their lot yet. The sales person told me that I would have to put a $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit down just to see the truck in person. The alternative he shared was, "you could buy it now." I shared that I was uncomfortable spending $70,000+ on something I have not seen or driven so he could sell to anyone that beats me to the truck. I quickly realized this person did not care or listen to me and tried to sell me other vehicles. I had to block the sales person because he kept sending me window stickers for vehicles that did not meet my needs. And for the record, I only had three things on my list: Diesel Engine, Bench Leather Seats and the Safety Group Package. Fast forward to the next day - I was still interested in the truck and figured I could speak with a sales manager. I filled out the qualifying loan forms and was approved through their website. I received an email that someone would reach out to me, nobody did and so I called the dealership. After asking what else they needed from me, the person I spoke with shared that someone would call me, at this point I shared that I did not want to work with the sales person I previously spoke with. I have purchased 3 Ram trucks in my life from three dealerships across Oregon, California and Washington. My father worked with Dodge/Ram and I love these trucks and the brand. I finally did receive a call from the Sales Floor Manager, but he was not interested in selling me the specific truck even though I had been pre-approved. It is my opinion that they have already promised this vehicle to someone else and this dealer is unable to be honest with their sales policies. There are a lot of great trucks out there and this is not the only option. There are multiple websites and apps to help you save money. More

My experience recently buying a used 2020 Jeep grande Cherokee was made so easy by Ron, our sales person. He was very polite and very patient with me on the price points. He set up my Apple CarPlay for me and followed up with me afterwards even driving to Damascus Oregon to have me sign needed paperwork. I am in customer service for a living and he really stood up to the task of easing my way and making this a pleasant experience in buying my jeep. Kudos to Ron as I feel that is a stand out sales person for Dick Hannah. My husband works for Procaliber and the paperwork Ron drove out to me was to make sure all discounts were given to an employee. This was on his day off. I know this as had asked him what days he has off coming up as he was working late with us. Very grateful to his services while buying my Jeep. He was fun to talk to and laughed a lot. :) More
