Hassan Houdroge was a pleasure to talk with and I didn't feel hoodwinked by him. Very sweet and honest and kind. It is a pleasure to know that someone like him is in car dealership as it is a rarity. People do not want pushy, fast talking sales people, they want Hassan. That style (pushy and fast talking) may work for some, but people like me they turn off really fast. I dealt mostly with Hassan and he was great! I had originally seen a honda online that I was interested in purchasing used. Hassan being the internet manager, contacted me and he was very accomodating and friendly. It turned out that I purchased a new Altima rather than a used car. Hassan walked me through the whole process right down to specifics of the car that I was buying. He gave me a lot of attention and his customer service skills were exceptional. I have purchased many cars over the years but I would have to say Hassan was the best salesman I have ever purchased from. He will go a long way in his career in car sales. More

Just a note to say how very much my wife and I enjoyed our car buying experience at Gladstone Nissan where we purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. Working initially with Theriesa via the internet, she answere our car buying experience at Gladstone Nissan where we purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. Working initially with Theriesa via the internet, she answered all our upfront questions as well as provided what we felt was a fair quote on the car. On Saturday, we went to look at the car. Although Theriesa was not available, she had recommended we ask for Hassan and work with him. Hassan had not worked at Gladstone for very long, but he was able to answer our questions, take us on a test drive and, after we decided to purchase the car, he stayed with us the entire time it took to complete all the final transactions. Hassan is definitely a positive asset to Gladstone Nissan - being extremely personable as well as knowledgeable. We've now had the car a couple days and we are extremely happy with the car. Went in not expexting to be treated like a human but felt first class when I drove off with my car. Was hoping to get a car that would not put me behind the 8 ball with Gas milage and cost. This company was "tops" in every way. They were prompt, very cordial, and effecient. The thing that caught my eye... and the reason I bought there (which is 300 miles away for me) is the pric were prompt, very cordial, and effecient. I flew into Portland to pick up the car, and the salesman even picked me up at the air port. One part of the quote on the interest cost was miscommunicated on the phone (and may well have been my error) but they did everything they could to fix it. We are very satidfied with this dealer and will suggest buying a car the way we did to our friends. The top rating I gave are the price, the effeciency of the sales team, and reputation of the dealership. More
I wanted what I wanted and I didn't want any back and forth. The salesman who greeted me probably had no problem turning me over to his manager as I had immediately let him know I didn't have an interest forth. Looking back, I feel a little bad about that- he seemed like a nice guy but I was in a rush. I met Nino, the floor manager who took me on a test drive in the certified used Murano. He knew from the get go that I had no interest in negotiating so he gave me his best number the first go round. It was within a couple of hundred dollars of what I wanted so I agreed and 45 minutes later, I drove home in my new car. Great place to buy a car if you don't want to be hassled or play games. More
Very honest. Great morals. Not pushy. Very patient. We test drove 2 diferent cars and since we had our child with us, Mo had to take us on test drives seperately! It took us a lot of time to decide. Mo never exhibited any anxiety in our inablility to make a decision. Always kept a smile on his face. Mo was a far different and far superior person to deal than any other sales person we had dealt with before. I believe his personality and skills would be of even greater value in a position with responsibility. More

I am surprised about some of the older reviews on this site, as other people buying cars while I was there, all seemed to be experiencing the same friendly/easy car buying experience I had.
