As soon as I drove up, someone was there to greet me, they were friendly, and they remembered me from previous visits therefore addressing me as Mr. Carter, and I like that. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue that another dealer couldn't fix. They had the necessary parts available and put me back on the road faster than expected. a driveable problem came up with my car and to my delight the dealership service department could take it in the same day. The service was tinely in deciphering the problem and fixing it, It turned out that the dealership service department could take it in the same day. The service at Acura of Portland is phenomenal. I've worked with Glen over the past few visits, and he is fabulous. He is professional, friendly, thorough and patient with my total lack of understanding worked with Glen over the past few visits, and he is fabulous. He is professional, friendly, thorough and patient with my total lack of understanding of anything to do with automotive mechanics! The work they do at Acura is first-rate. We have never had any problems with any of the repairs they have done on my MDX. The car is always ready before the estimated time, the cost is never over the estimate (this last time, it was actually UNDER the estimate!), and they are usually able to fill my request for a loaner. These guys are first-rate in both customer service and work performed. I will definitely make my next car purchase an Acura, in large part so I can continue to work with mechanics I know and trust. More
They are great, very timely and always pleasant. It's very easy to get an appointment and they give me a loaner care during my service appointment. They wash and vaccuum my car too. I have waited for service at the dealership also and they have beverages while you wait and free wifi. I would encourage you to check them out. You don't have to own an Acura to have service there. I have been having my car serviced at Acura for the past two years and I am always impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Regardless of who I have worked with the service team is always th two years and I am always impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Regardless of who I have worked with the service team is always there to answer my questions, review the details of the service and accommodate any special needs that I may have. I will continue to have my Acura serviced here and will likely purchase another car from Acura of Portland so that I can continue to work with a staff that I know will treat me well. More
Our Aura has always run great, but took more time to start than ever before. Didn't want my wife to ever be stranded, so called Acura of Portland in hopes that I could bring it in that day. I always feel appreciated and an important customer. I do miss the chocolate treat when I pay the bill. We drive from Boise, so that must mean Acura of Portland is doing a great job for the client.
