Yes, during the initial call I was told on average things would take a week. I had no idea my car would sit there a whole week before even being touched for diagnostics. When I called again after a week of n would take a week. I had no idea my car would sit there a whole week before even being touched for diagnostics. When I called again after a week of not hearing any type of update, I was told, the diagnostic was complete and if he could get off the phone he could call my insurance company. Tone was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I understand a part was ordered and there was time for labor but almost 2 weeks was terrible. To add insult to injury, I was originally told there was a call out so my repairs may not be done that day. So there is only one repair person? I immediately called to speak with a manager and my car was magically completed in a couple hrs. Needless to say my associate did not care at all. Will never return to Dick Dyer again! More

I brought my car in for an engine light and some other work. My car was there for roughly three weeks because they could not diagnose the issue with my car and told me to bring it back when the engine lig work. My car was there for roughly three weeks because they could not diagnose the issue with my car and told me to bring it back when the engine light came back on. I am a little frustrated with that because when I was bringing my car I stressed that engine light was intermittent because they were telling me it was a week before they could get to my car. They did send me a video check up of the car within a day or two but I am not sure if they looked at engine codes or were just looking at the tires, brakes etc. dealership experience was a little frustrating, but giving the team the benefit of the doubt they were transparent and fair. More
