I recently traded in my 2017 E300 and purchased a 2025 E450 from Dick Dyer, working with Tim Garvin. However, every person I interacted with— including Tim Garvin and Hank Dyer—met me with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding. When I expressed that I wanted to return the car, the team immediately began working to find me another option without hesitation. Ultimately, the issue with the new vehicle was identified as a software update, which was corrected right away. I chose to keep the car, and I’m glad I did. I truly appreciate the professionalism, support, and customer care shown throughout the entire process. Tim Garvin and the Dick Dyer team turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m grateful for their commitment to making things right. More
Questionable regarding recommended brake fluid flush considering with in the last 24 months new brakes and rotors were installed; by Mercedes Benz. I thought that the labor for replacing the console was considering with in the last 24 months new brakes and rotors were installed; by Mercedes Benz. I thought that the labor for replacing the console was an overcharge but it had to be corrected. All in all Mr. Boyce is very professional and a very good representative for Mercedes Benz! I really appreciate the overnight turn around for the part order for my radio just very pricy :( ! I will always recommend taking any foreign car to the appropriate dealership for best maintenance and servicing ! Price Does matter ! More
