I highly trust and recommend working with these two and you can't go wrong with them! They were not pushy and both were extremely knowledgeable!!! I am 110% satisfied, and will recommend Brittiany and Austin to all my family and friends! I really like the way you've upgraded your employees Diamond Valley Honda!!! Hats off for that!!! Even after the purchase was finalized.... Austin and Brittiany have stayed in contact and have helped me! That shows it's not just about the sale. They care about you after you've made a purchase and that's an extremely attractive buying atmosphere that Brittiany and Austin have created!!! Bait and switch, horrible service Buyer beware! On 7/30/16, I came across a listing on Autotrader for a 2016 Accord Touring sedan in White Orchid Pearl with 200 miles and all factor Buyer beware! On 7/30/16, I came across a listing on Autotrader for a 2016 Accord Touring sedan in White Orchid Pearl with 200 miles and all factory options I was looking for for a low price of $29,500. I called Diamond Valley Honda about the car and was transferred to Jordan Burns. I gave Jordan the stock number of the vehicle and he confirmed they had it, so we started discussing price. I was clear to him that I was driving to their dealership from Paso Robles and it was a very long drive. I was also clear that white was the only color I was interested in. He told me about some dealer-installed "upgrades" which bumped the price to $31,400, but because it was still significantly less than other vehicles even remotely close to me, I agreed. I told Jordan we would be leaving our house soon and he texted me some time later so I could keep in touch as we were on our way. My family and I didn't arrive in Hemet until 6:15PM due to the almost 300-mile drive and significant SoCal traffic. I had been in communication with Jordan letting him know where we were and what time we would be arriving. When we finally made it, we waited in the lobby for almost 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Then we met Michael Thomas, one of their sales consultants. Michael called Jordan for us and when we met, I could immediately tell something was not right. After we had just made this trek all the way down, we were told that the car was not there. WHAT?! At no point in our conversation over a 6 hour trip did Jordan ever communicate this to me at all. We were also informed that the vehicle was one of their manager's cars, which was also not mentioned in the ad or in any of the conversations I had had with Jordan. Apparently said manager had taken off to Vegas with it, and the car also had 20" wheels and other aftermarket items not listed or pictured in the ad. It was at this point that Jordan had Michael pull up a 2016 Touring in black so we could take it for a test drive. Jordan insisted we wouldn't be leaving without a car so he would honor the price he told me for another one. After the test drive, Michael started the paperwork for us and we were told that they were going to dealer trade their black one for a white one. Then began the ridiculous negotiations where their Sales Manager, Victor Moreno, was trying to force us into paying more money for the dealer trade because it was going to cost them to go get it. Hello, not my problem!! I sent the paperwork back repeatedly due to the pricing agreement I had with Jordan and the fact that they couldn't even calculate the tax rate properly for San Luis Obispo County, where the vehicle was going to be registered. We finally agreed on the price, so they supposedly took to finding the car we wanted. By this point it was 8:30PM. We continued to sit there until 10:00PM and finally went to finish paperwork with the Finance Manager, Shana Rogers. We told her the whole situation, that the car we wanted to buy was not here, it was a demo, etc. She said she couldn't do anything without the vehicle so we were going to do what we could and would then have to finish paperwork once they found the car. We were about to leave and suddenly we were told we had to finish ALL of the paperwork before they would dealer trade. I told Shana I'm not signing paperwork with the VIN of the demo car. She finally called Victor into her office, who we had not talked to all night, who didn't even introduce himself, because I wanted to explain this to all of them. The agreement was they were to dealer trade for a white one at the same price and I would re-sign the paperwork via FedEx with the new VIN. I had also given them a $2500.00 downpayment at this point. After finally working everything out, even though the interest rate of 4.49% was asinine and based on my credit score I know I qualified for lower, we left the dealership at 10:45PM with a signed contract for them to find the vehicle in the morning. The next day, after no phone call update, my husband got a hold of Victor who said they got the car and they would mail the new contract for me to sign on Monday. Tuesday came and I received a phone call from Victor, asking when I was coming to get the car. I had spoken with my local dealership and they said not to sign the papers at 4.49%. I qualified for 1.9% from Honda and DVH was trying to avoid taking a loss by forcing me into a high rate so they would get a kick back. I requested the 1.9% rate and Victor told me it "had to make sense for the dealership". Needless to say, I was refunded my deposit and the deal fell through. We opened a claim with Honda of America to notify them of this dealership's shady operations. Bottom line: they try the bait and switch, and their upper management are liars. My credit score was 47 points higher (confirmed by Honda) than they claimed it was. Their "low prices" will cost you. Find another dealership!! More

We bought a 2014 Ford Focus, we didn't know that it has a shuddering problem when you take off from a stop sign. It didn't shudder during the test drive, we only had 1 stop sign to stop at, makes me wonder that they knew the issue. I wouldn't have bought the car if i knew of these issues. I would have expected the dealership to note that and let their customers aware of this problem. The second problem, when we got the car home, the message came across that it was time for an oil change, really? they couldn't service the car prior to selling it. More

They try to add on things not needed, as we had had the work done some where else, they did not check other than thru their records. Had the air conditioner in because it did not seem to be cooling as much as it should. They called and wanted to add on another 1200 to 1300. for other things, told them we just wanted air conditioner fixed. That was a week ago, and air conditioner blows some air, but not up to what it was before. They had replaced my air conditioner condenser back in November of last year, and it was cooling to top capacity, until last week when all of a sudden it starts just barely cooling, now after them taking it in at 9:30, and keeping it until 3:30, my air feels more like a fan than an air conditioner. Their attitudes leave much to de desired. More
