BEST EXPERIENCE EVER Diamond Valley Honda is absolutely the best!! Their customer service is impeccable. My wife and I both bought the top of the line 2017 accord touring Diamond Valley Honda is absolutely the best!! Their customer service is impeccable. My wife and I both bought the top of the line 2017 accord touring models " his and hers ". prior to buying we shoped for about 3 weeks getting qoutes from at least 15 different honda dealerships in riverside, orange and san diego counties. diamond valley was the only one to go the extra mile and then some go get our business with no high pressure sales. Their slogan states " when you can come to diamond valley honda, you can have your honda wishes granted. and let's face it: you deserve nothing less. located in the hemet auto mall on 300 carriage circle, we know our job isn't finished until you're completely satisfied ". Omar Medina the general manager means it. he's truly a man of his word and his whole team there at diamond valley supports him 100%. I hate buying cars, its one of the most stressful buys for me, because you really need to know the car business to buy a car. so you don't feel like they got the best of you. long story short, omar and his team gave us the cars and the price we were looking for. the finance dept. was very informative and got us out of there in no time. truly made my experince one to remember. we are complete satisfied. we will recommend all our friends to visit diamond valley honda and buy a car. THANK YOU OMAR. . More

I had a shop that was familiar with the car do a full inspection and some minor repairs prior to taking it home. I had a great experience with them. But then... I took my 2002 Accord in to DVH for trans service (flush/fill) for $115. Just had a full inspection, service (minus trans flush/fill) and a motor mount replaced by the first shop the day before. That shop said trans can be serviced for $240. I went to Honda because it was cheaper for a basic flush and fill service. After an hour, Honda tech came in and stood by me as I was talking to the service writer. She told him I just bought the car used a few days prior. He looked at me woefully and said "ohhh....the trans isn't serviceable and was going out and needed replacement." The tech that worked on it came in and had a whole write up for a new transmission and some other items. The vehicle had just been fully serviced (minus trans-flush/fill) and was running perfect. NO clunks when driving and smooth shifts. The tech that worked on it said it clunked for him and had harsh shifting and a broken motor mount. He proceeded to show me the "broken" motor mount. He shined his flashlight on it and said "see?" I saw nothing and asked besides the clunk he heard was there a visual way of showing me the mount was broken. He said "yes" and again shined his light on it, but could not show me anything wrong. I told them wrap it up and Ill go back to the previous shop to discuss this with them. I drove away with NO clunks AND smooth shifting...bottom line I feel they were scam artists trying get one over on me. I know enough to be wary of such BS. I had a 3rd mechanic inspect the whole motor mount issue and he said all is well...Diamond Valley Honda is not a place I recommend. For follow up I returned to the first repair shop and they confirmed there were no more broken mounts and they will service it for me. The fluid for the trans was not black/mucky or metal shavings etc...it was fairly clean. Another thing, speculation on my part, the first repair shop would have mentioned and offered/sold a second motor mount if any others were broken. For the record the people at the service center were friendly and accommodating, just not trustworthy. More
GENERAL MANAGER HATES WOMEN TREATS LIKE 2ND CLASS CITIZENS!! SERIOUS concerning the general manager on duty on 11/20/2016 @ 10-11am, I believe his name was Ricky. My fiance and I were this close to purchasing SERIOUS concerning the general manager on duty on 11/20/2016 @ 10-11am, I believe his name was Ricky. My fiance and I were this close to purchasing a vehicle from salesman Kevin. We were LIED to by finance lady Shawna, which led to our leaving of the office without purchasing the vehicle on 11/19/2016. We tried taking this up with the general manager Ricky on this issue this morning and he made me and my fiance uncomfortable as he was practically attacking us verbally. I felt disrespected as a customer and a woman because his verbiage was extremely sexist. At one point in the conversation my fiance told him not to talk to me the way he was and he responded with : "OR WHAT" .... "What are you going to do"? Really? Is that how you treat and talk to your customers who you are trying to sell a vehicle to? When I responded with "WOW" Ricky came back with "Don't give me that". I am so beside myself right now I cannot believe that is how you guys do business around there. I was not made felt like I was a valued customer. Ricky made me feel like I was in the wrong for even being upset that his employee lied to my face while trying to swindle money out of my pocket..... Although the deal they offered to my fiance for the car was getting better... At this point, I dont feel comfortable buying a car from someone who treats customers like that. Ricky was not interested in making it right with me at all and wasn't interested in making me happy. I would like this to be brought up to someone OTHER than him because the way he does business is NOT the way I want to do business. All I really wanted was an apology but I couldn’t even get that!!!!!!! More
Dont buy a used car here We have been in the market now for a few months and being close to the Hemet auto mall we stop by frequently. First off i have to say while they have We have been in the market now for a few months and being close to the Hemet auto mall we stop by frequently. First off i have to say while they have used cars for cheap, you will get what you pay for. It seems that most used cars on the lot are previous rentals. knowing how most people treat rentals id steer clear of those. so ill speak of a couple cars on the lot i was interested in. First was a BMW. Car looked good and drove good however there was a knocking noise coming from the engine. Salesman said not to worry. If anything happens to the car just bring it in for repair after purchase. OK but then im required to pay 50% of repairs. second car was a camaro. it wasnt until after i drove it and wanted to make a deal that it looked like 2 completely different cars. Drivers side looked like a stock car with alloy wheels. yet when you went to the passenger side, the factory graphics were gone, the wheels were plastic dipped and the color was off. my last visit there i went to make a deal on a used accord. internet said it was for sale at $15000. Sat down with the salesman to crunh the numbers and he it coming at me with 17000. I asked him if that was the best deal i could get and he said thats close to what they have in the car. Sales manager comes over and offers 500 off. I asked them again if thats the best deal and they tell me yes. I thanked them and proceeded to leave. He stops me and ask why and i stated i didnt like being lied to. i showed him the advertised price and he tells me thats not the car im interested in. I matched the stock # and vin to verify. he still wont honor the price. Never again will i visit DVH for anything. More

BUYER BEWARE! WORST SCAM DEALERSHIP AROUND Bought a used 2013 Chrysler 200. Was told it was 'one owner', after signing contract I was informed it was formerly a rental car and it needed some r Bought a used 2013 Chrysler 200. Was told it was 'one owner', after signing contract I was informed it was formerly a rental car and it needed some repairs that I was promised would be fixed. Dealer had someone bring me to the dealership since my car was totaled in accident. I didn't like the pricing and payments they were showing me and I told them I wanted to be taken home, I wasn't feeling well - they refused to take me home - I was essentially held hostage. Jordan (sales) had the gall to loudly scold me for wanting to leave and to think about the car and deal. It was the first car I had seen. When we finally came to an agreeable price, I asked how much I was paying for the car and Jordan said "what difference does it make, you got the payments you wanted". Next I was put with Austyn who sold me KARR "GAP insurance/security for $2.99 per month for 55 months. Even someone with an IQ in the 2 digits would know that 55 x $2.99 doesn't equal $989, which is what she charged me in the contract. I started calling her the day after purchase and she never called me back. She also never ordered my license plates for the car. The KARR security had NOTHING to do with the GAP insurance - two different services. I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. BBB said because the dealership had had so many complaints, my complaint was escalated to a higher division. More
Great experience, Great deal I was looking for a Honda Accord and contacted 3 dealers requesting quotes: Temecula, Cat city and Ontario. Cat city and Ontario were close to each o I was looking for a Honda Accord and contacted 3 dealers requesting quotes: Temecula, Cat city and Ontario. Cat city and Ontario were close to each other with considerable savings. Temecula was the highest, and their pricing for their extended warranty and LoJack were higher. I then contacted Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet and they were MUCH, MUCH BETTER! Their quote was very good compared to Cat City and Ontario. Their prices on their extended warranty and LoJack were very good as well. While at the Diamond Valley Honda, they worked with my concerns and a VERY agreeable car purchase was put together. GREAT customer service. Last time I bought a car was six years ago and did not look forward to the possible BS that often occurs when you put your foot on a dealer's lot. You don't know me from Adam, but this did not happen at Diamond Valley Honda. I was ready to battle, but realized quickly that there was no one to battle with. I strongly encourage you to contact a few dealers, but before you say "I DO", please contact Diamond Valley Honda located in Hemet. Again, you don't know me but please believe me when I say that the "car buying process" went very well, and I was VERY happy with its outcome. More
