Had a horrible experience here at Honda valley this past weekend. We had an appointment scheduled to check out a vehicle, everything was going smooth. We decided to go fwd with the purchase and as we were n weekend. We had an appointment scheduled to check out a vehicle, everything was going smooth. We decided to go fwd with the purchase and as we were negotiating a monthly payment in our budget, we are told by the “manager” that unfortunately the vehicle has been sold to another party! Automatically we are thrown off my the lack of service they approached us with. My husband asked to speak to someone higher then this “manager” and he was sent to an office with a asian bold men that was worse then the rest. He pretty much told my husband “too bad, someone else took the vehicle ” WOW! I been a Honda owner 3 times and my mistake for driving to this Honda dealer and thinking they were all the same and respected the “first come, first serve” rule. My biggest issue was that they runned my husbands credit and instantly approved him for the purchase. So why would u just snap something right off our hands to give it to someone that arrived prob 1 hours after us???? Wish I had their names to post them in this review, but honestly I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed on the way we we’re PLAYED! 0 starts is my honest review. More

I drive 2 hours to get to this boiling hot , in the middle of nowhere place, which is overrun buy young, inexperienced kids. After waiting to drive the car I wanted to hopefully purchase, I was casually told, oh sorry that car is being serviced. Yep, and of course I was upset as it was so far away and super hot. Don't bother with this place. Car dealerships have reputations for a reason and this one was awful. More
The salesman we were talking with was fine but when he went to run financials with night manager things were down hill from there. They told us they did trade-ins but when they came back with the numbers went to run financials with night manager things were down hill from there. They told us they did trade-ins but when they came back with the numbers for the car they were not doing a trade-in. They didn't even look at the car!! When we asked what the interest rate was they said that didn't matter. We hardly got to look at the paper with their numbers on it; said they have better rates than our bank. We walked out. We were ready to purchase but not found this car dealer. The night manager never gave us his name. More
My wife was looking for a new car and decided to go to diamond valley Honda after looking for a vehicle she decided to go ahead and purchase it, after sitting down and talking about monthly payments the s diamond valley Honda after looking for a vehicle she decided to go ahead and purchase it, after sitting down and talking about monthly payments the sales manager threw one of the biggest fits imaginable. He was beyond rude in front of my wife and kids, started talking back to me, he also snatched papers out of my hands all while my kids were there listening to him! Very unprofessional from this sales manager and its sad to see these type of persons employed at a dealership with great reviews! We ended up buying the same vehicle but at a different dealership and got a better deal, so buyers beware when you go to diamond valley honda! More
This place is best avoided. I wanted to buy a 2022 honda civic sport. They did not have the color I wanted. We worked out the deal and settled on a price. I placed a deposit. 2 weeks later I go in to pick u civic sport. They did not have the color I wanted. We worked out the deal and settled on a price. I placed a deposit. 2 weeks later I go in to pick up the car. I signed all the contracts and disclosures They found out I had my own financing and were very unhappy. They called the bank to get the confirmation number of my preapproved check. Everything checked out. At this point everything was signed and the check was placed in their safe. Then the finance officer demanded I do a credit application or they would not sell me the car. I said no and asked for the return of my check. They refused stating their safe cannot be opened until the following day. My best guess is they decided not to sell me the car because they could have made more $ off someone else on the backend of the deal. It turned into do what we say or else. A Very dishonest dealership. They first said it’s our policy. They then said it’s because of the Patriot Act. No way in xxxx is it the Patriot Act. More
Awful, Unhelpful, Rude and Terrible service from Jessie Garcia in the Service Dept @ Diamond Valley Honda. He made us feel like a nuisance for owning a Honda Accord for 25 years. Jessie seemed bothered by Garcia in the Service Dept @ Diamond Valley Honda. He made us feel like a nuisance for owning a Honda Accord for 25 years. Jessie seemed bothered by my presence at the service area when he gave me an annoyed laugh when I told him about the reason for my visit. The whole experience was like staring at a blank piece of paper for hours....frustrating and pointless. NEVER GO HERE!!! When I went to share my feedback about my visit to management......no one was there and they really did not care!! This place has no enthusiasm or excitement for it's Honda Owners....AVOID THIS PLACE!! More
I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Diamond Valley Honda. Both the internet and sales teams were very responsive and I had a deal done over the phone in a few short minutes with David W Diamond Valley Honda. Both the internet and sales teams were very responsive and I had a deal done over the phone in a few short minutes with David Williams and Isay Coazares. While there was a bit of a hiccup with my vehicle delivery (some accessories were installed that I requested be left off), the team responded well and made sure I was accommodated as much as possible. I'll definitely be calling them back for my next Honda purchase. More
I believe some people have good experience at this dealership and some don't. This is my experience and you the judge. I'm a customer who lives in Sacramento. I was looking for a car on Cargurus and dealership and some don't. This is my experience and you the judge. I'm a customer who lives in Sacramento. I was looking for a car on Cargurus and came across a 2017 Lexus ES350 at this dealership, my heart simply felt for it. The report shows the car is very clean with no accidents and no damages so I contacted the dealership, submitted a credit application and put a $1000 deposit. I booked a flight ticket and left the next day to pick up the car that I felt in love with. I rented a car from Palm Springs airport and went to the dealership at Hemet to sign the final papers and drive my new car. Little I knew, what was advertised online is different in person. First thing I noticed, was a damage on the driver side that was poorly repainted "ANYONE WITH CAR EXPERIENCE CAN CLEARLY NOTICE IT, NO WAY ON EARTH THEY DID NOT." Front bumper alignment was not right and the exhaust was squeaking. So, I told the salesperson about the door unmatched paint. GUESS WHAT WAS HIS RESPONSE, "If you don't like the car, there are some other customers will buy it." THE AUDACITY." Lets stop here for a second; I'm a customer who came all the way from Sacramento, put a $1000 deposit and submitted an application, expecting a clean car as advertised online; I was shocked with his unprofessionalism. I told him, this is the last thing I need to hear from you. You should try giving me options instead of telling me that considering the false advertising, I'm not an expert in legal matters , but advertising a damaged car as a clean car is not right and unacceptable. Anyways, after I gave the salesperson a lecture in sales. He went and call the sales manager and the mechanics manager to resolve this issue. Don't guess, manager is even worse. He literally told me, "The best I can do is waving the additional $400 for door guards," that was already damaged. SO, his best solution was to not charge me for a damage 3M door guards, as a compensation for a damaged door, unaligned front bumper, and a squeaky exhaust. My answer was simply "Absolutely no.' No way I will accept a $400 waived for a damaged car. So, he went and issued my $1000 back without a hesitation and consideration to the situation they put me in. In conclusion, if you are going to buy the 2017 Lexus ES350 from that dealership, make sure they are not fooling you and inspect the car. I submitted a photo of the door for you to take a look. Now tell me, a big dealership full of people with experience did not notice that????? More
