Honestly I got there with higher expectations than what we got from the get go salesman were no where to be seen when I arrived this dealership is more focused on meeting their own expectations they don’t we got from the get go salesman were no where to be seen when I arrived this dealership is more focused on meeting their own expectations they don’t care about sending customers home with a huge smile on their faces this is just on the sales department finance was a whole different story because the guy seem to be rude things really went south when I told the guy I did not want any extra because I didn’t want to pay any more money he really got pissed off after that we didn’t even get a congratulations or hand shake at all I’m 100% unsatisfied with the whole process will not be returning to buy or refer any friends or family because instead of leaving with a big smile I left with a huge disappointment face. Didn't put a reminder of when my next oil change or tire rotation is. Pretty upset about recall ,apparently not available till after January 1st. I was told first 30 days now after January 1st.
