Wasn't a totally horrible experience like I was anticipating. The salesman was great and knew the vehicle well. The only negative experience I had was the next day, I noticed both my passenger anticipating. The salesman was great and knew the vehicle well. The only negative experience I had was the next day, I noticed both my passenger tires had no valve caps and went back to the dealer to get them and was told quite rudely to just buy them at autozone. After buying a 30,000 dollar vehicle I shouldn't have to buy my own valve caps. Thankfully another employee took them off the showroom vehicle and amended his coworkers mistake. Without this incident it would be a full 5 stars More

We first drove a Honda Pilot Touring with Lorenzo but waited for 10 days to drive an Elite. When we returned to test drive this car Lorenzo was not working so we waited a day so we could work with him on waited for 10 days to drive an Elite. Lorenzo is very patient, considerate and does a great job explaining each step of the process and also the details of the car. We felt quite disappointed by an intermediate sales person who intervened as he was arrogant, condescending, and pushy. We got up and walked out, however Lorenzo met us at the front door and asked us back in. We then closed the deal at the amount that I had offered earlier with Lorenzo. The sales person we had difference with came over and shook hands wanting us to give Lorenzo a good rating and somewhat apologized for what had happened. Overall experience was very good and I would highly recommend Lorenzo Cardenas. More
