Was told that my car had many leaks. I have no leaks, i took it to my mechanic , i looked under the engine and No leaks to engine. I used the oil service on my sonata because it has b I have no leaks, i took it to my mechanic , i looked under the engine and No leaks to engine. I used the oil service on my sonata because it has been consuming a lot of oil and I was asking for a consumption test. Every 800 I add oil because after an oil change i check the stick every 800 miles and very low oil to oil on the tip. The rep said that the car had many leaks and the test couldn't be performed. More

I dropped my new car off for the first oil change, I was told it would be about an hour and a half and that I would get a phone call. Two hours later I had heard nothing, so I called the person that I had d told it would be about an hour and a half and that I would get a phone call. Two hours later I had heard nothing, so I called the person that I had dealt with, went to voicemail. Called the main number, went to voicemail. Decided that that was ridiculous so I took an Uber to go back to get my car, when I got there, it was closed. I found somebody in the sales department who found somebody in the service department who told me that they were already closed. I made it very clear that I was not leaving without my car. They called the service person that I had been working with, and she stated that I had been called. Flat out. I even showed the gentleman my phone showing the only two phone calls that had The dealerships number were the two tries that I attempted to make to reach out to find out about the status of my car. Long story short, I did get my car back. But, terrible first experience. More
