Waited over 5 hours for an oil change. Was never contacted about car being ready. Called several times to check on progress, was never able to speak to anyone as the phone went to voicemai Was never contacted about car being ready. When I finally went in person to see if it was ready it was, although it was unwashed and by that time was blocked in by 6 other cars. Them had to wait for those cars to be moved to release my car. 8:00 am appointment did not get my car out till 1:30 pm. Was informed about bubble in tire but given no assistance as to how to fix it, even though car is 10,000 miles. More
I bought all 3 of my cars from this dealership. I have been going with all 3 of my cars that I still own since 2005. The reason why I purchased all 3 of my cars from this dealership is because they gave outstanding customer service. My last several visits have been nothing but disappointment. I used to get car washes, if they saw a tire was low they would fill it up and just let me know they took car of it. Now, I brought it in for a recal and noticed the A/C was not working properly. I said it just needs coolant. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 for them to check even though the coolant was 1/3 of the price. I feel I was taken. Then I get into my car and the tire pressure was low. They couldn't even fill it for me. The last time I took my other car in for a headlight. When I picked it up they said nothing was wrong, as soon as I got into the car and the lights went on (in the dark garage) I got out and said Seriously you don't see it is out. I had to bring it back another time since it was already there for 2 days and I needed to go to work. I do not think I will buy another car from this dealership and I am definitely not taking my other 2 cars back. My 3rd car is still under warranty. More
Diamond Hyundai was very accommodating while I had a recall on my vehicle and it took 7 months to get the repair done. They loaned me a free Santa Fe Hybrid which I loved driving. My only complaint is t recall on my vehicle and it took 7 months to get the repair done. They loaned me a free Santa Fe Hybrid which I loved driving. My only complaint is that they allowed the battery to die and when they "washed" my car, it was just a very basic, no frills wash after it sat untouched for 7 months. My husband had to spend hours detaining the car and the motor and installing a new battery that corporate refused to pay for. More
