I had a scheduled appointment and was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change, however, it actually took 3 hours. At the end of the service, I noticed they never reset the oil indicator nor did they le 2 hours for an oil change, however, it actually took 3 hours. I was given an appointment for monday 8am And was told tuesday, my car would not be looked at until friday, maybe. I brought car back in a week or two later for them.To tell me nothing's wrong. Check engine light came on and off. Since then, and I paid over a thousand dollars for the service. If I would have let my car sit there, I would be stranded with no. Vehicle to pick my children up to go to work. Hyundai needs to do better! More
