Rally Hyundai - Service Center

Came in with a check engine light on. Dropped my car off on Friday over the weekend, picked it up Tuesday and was told to the fault had been fixed and test driven to ensure the system was Dropped my car off on Friday over the weekend, picked it up Tuesday and was told to the fault had been fixed and test driven to ensure the system was working properly. Within two minutes of driving off the lot the check engine light came on and I had the exact same system fault message. I called the dealership back and was asked to drop the car off again. This whole thing has already caused major disruptions in my life by me coordinating rides, an hour and a half, to and from this dealership. And they did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. I have a 2022 that is under warranty, there ought to be no excuse for a faulty system and constant check engine light. Failure on Hyundai and a failure on this service department. I would have given 1 star but the reception team in the front office is very nice and professional. Sadly they are not an accurate representation of this dealership’s service department. More

I asked how long I would have to wait for my car to be ready. They stated 1 1/2 to two hours. I checked in at 8:00 a.m. and left 11:50 am Raul was a nice person. He was very polite and polite. I had great customer service. The service writer (sadly do not recall her name) did everything she could to get me in the day I came in. Only complaint I have is they did not have a rental car I could use, even though they needed to keep my car of up to 3 days. My warranty covered a rental car. More
