Very difficult to call to make appointments. Had numerous experiences when this was a problem. As well, notifications when the car is ready have been a problem. Came in with a check engine light on. Dropped my car off on Friday over the weekend, picked it up Tuesday and was told to the fault had been fixed and test driven to ensure the system was Dropped my car off on Friday over the weekend, picked it up Tuesday and was told to the fault had been fixed and test driven to ensure the system was working properly. Within two minutes of driving off the lot the check engine light came on and I had the exact same system fault message. I called the dealership back and was asked to drop the car off again. This whole thing has already caused major disruptions in my life by me coordinating rides, an hour and a half, to and from this dealership. And they did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. I have a 2022 that is under warranty, there ought to be no excuse for a faulty system and constant check engine light. Failure on Hyundai and a failure on this service department. I would have given 1 star but the reception team in the front office is very nice and professional. Sadly they are not an accurate representation of this dealership’s service department. More
It took a many tries for my suv to pass smog check. I had to take it over 3 times to dealership. When I purchase the car I was told I had 6 month of warranty, I told them about some issues, it also loo I had to take it over 3 times to dealership. Very upset I don't think I will be purchasing another car here unless they contact me to fix this issues More
