I had great customer service. The service writer (sadly do not recall her name) did everything she could to get me in the day I came in. Only complaint I have is they did not have a rental car I could use, even though they needed to keep my car of up to 3 days. My warranty covered a rental car. More

I brought my car into the dealership to have some warranty work done on the car. The customer service was friendly and did a good job; however, the work was perform and I was told that it was complet warranty work done on the car. The customer service was friendly and did a good job; however, the work was perform and I was told that it was complete. It wasn’t and I spoke with the representative and told her it wasn’t fixed and why wasn’t I told. No response. I was told that they were busy and to leave the car for a few days.I asked, will this fix the problem. The representative told me not necessarily. She told me Hyundai is reluctant to replace warranty parts, unless you go through an arduous process and I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I was a little disappointed and will take the car elsewhere. More
