Car was returned to me with a broken sparkplug and the pistons to my trunk were blown out? could be coincidence but sending me out on the road with a broken spark plug (which was not broken beforehand) al pistons to my trunk were blown out? could be coincidence but sending me out on the road with a broken spark plug (which was not broken beforehand) almost cause me to get into an accident twice that day on the freeway and car nearly died out on the highway. My car was also not pulled up to customer service as I was forced to walk around the building to the car holding lot in the back end to fetch the car myself. I paid $200 to have a car in worse shape, fetch my own car, nearly crash x2 & pay more money to replace said spark plug. Clearly cream of the crop here.. /sarcasm More

For the most part is good, but this time I never got an update until I called, even when Raul said he would let me know I still needed to call. Even once the vehicle was ready , no one told me. Adriana is always Polite and Professional. Had an appointment for a large, recommended maintenance, and was helped right away. Was in and out quickly, and car was done same day.
