I took my 2020 Santa Fe in for its 60k service on July 24, 2023. After my service it would appear my transmission started to act funny and shifting improper. They had my car for 5 days and I had to call to get updates on my vehicle and it turns out my transmission fluid was low due to them not calibrating their machine correctly. I paid a lot for my 60k service and they almost messed up my car due to their negligence. My service for my transmission was free but I still paid a lot for the 60k which I find unacceptable. More
I went for an oil change and inspection of a tire that the sensor was indicating and they told me that I had to buy all 4 tires and they did not put air in my low tire. When I took my car to the mechanic the sensor was indicating and they told me that I had to buy all 4 tires and they did not put air in my low tire. When I took my car to the mechanic they told me that the tire was flat and I had to change at least that tire and at Hyundai they did not inform me of this and they gave me a report saying that everything was fine, which could put me at risk. I wish I could rate them -1000. I bought my car from them in June2022 and started having problems in August of 2022. By October of 2022 they finally kept my car and ordered parts. Then in January of 2023 my car was stolen from the Hyundai dealership in Palmdale, the beginning of a whole new nightmare! With the part still on order, I took my car to the Hyundai in Valencia, another nightmare. I informed Palmdale in July that my car was almost ready in Valencia and I’d be bringing my car back to them to fix my initial problem. Well after days of getting the run around they finally told me that they sent my part back. So then Valencia, who has had my car for minor damage due to my car being wrecked while stolen sine February has to order the part. It is now August 15, 2023 and I still don’t have my car back. We are now just short 2 months of me not having my car for a YEAR. I would not refer my worst enemy to Hyundai! And not because of the car itself but because HYUNDAI in general has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. Robyn Morgan More
