The absolute worst service and service has gone down by a landslide since Diamond took over. Not friendly, not helpful and took way too long. No answers. I had to get the answer from someone else when we picked up our vehicle after being told very rudely that I would have to pay 900.00 to crack open the engine. They knew what was wrong and so did we. I will buy a Hyundai again, just not from Diamond. Also, upon paying for the work, my credit card was compromised later that night. More

Once my car was finished getting the security system fixed from the real, my car had issues with the the lights. I tried resetting the lights to be on when I start the car and automatically go off when fixed from the real, my car had issues with the the lights. Two messages were left during business hours and a day later, no one has returned my phone calls. More
Surprising quick service. I marked that I was going to wait but tried to get a ride when I arrived. I was unable to. Sounds like they might plan out their route ahead of time. I took my 2020 Santa Fe in for its 60k service on July 24, 2023. After my service it would appear my transmission started to act funny and shifting improper. So I took it in again to get my transmission l 24, 2023. After my service it would appear my transmission started to act funny and shifting improper. They had my car for 5 days and I had to call to get updates on my vehicle and it turns out my transmission fluid was low due to them not calibrating their machine correctly. I paid a lot for my 60k service and they almost messed up my car due to their negligence. My service for my transmission was free but I still paid a lot for the 60k which I find unacceptable. More
I went for an oil change and inspection of a tire that the sensor was indicating and they told me that I had to buy all 4 tires and they did not put air in my low tire. When I took my car to the mechanic the sensor was indicating and they told me that I had to buy all 4 tires and they did not put air in my low tire. When I took my car to the mechanic they told me that the tire was flat and I had to change at least that tire and at Hyundai they did not inform me of this and they gave me a report saying that everything was fine, which could put me at risk.
