Had an appointment for a large, recommended maintenance, and was helped right away. Was in and out quickly, and car was done same day. Have taken my car on multiple times, battery not charging! The last time after having to all AAA at 11pm at Van Nuys Flyaway! AAA tech checked the battery, said bad cell! Take it to dealership, they check and state like every other time, nothing wrong with battery or car! They tell me batteries just die out if not driven daily! Not true with my Ford or Dodge, they start right up! So dealership was unable to diagnose the problem! More

Poor communication with customers. We dropped off our car for a Friday 9 am appointment. We weren't told that they would keep our car through the Labor Day Holiday. We never received a call on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday to let us know the status of our vehicle. It wasn't until Tuesday that we received a call from Gess and we were told that we never received a call because the technician wasn't sure what was wrong yet. I feel that they still could've called on any of the previous days to ask if we needed the car back. My wife missed a day of work because we didn't have a vehicle available. I have purchased 3 Hyundai cars, 2 of them brand new from this dealership. Due to recent service issues I'm strongly considering not purchasing another Hyundai vehicle so that I don't have to deal with the service department. More
