Customer service from Lexi was fantastic. Did not like the fact that I got an oil change HIGH recommended from technician when my oil change was just done 2 weeks prior to dealer replacing my Did not like the fact that I got an oil change HIGH recommended from technician when my oil change was just done 2 weeks prior to dealer replacing my injectors. Now this being said from what I can see the technician only replace one injector and the paperwork states that all four injectors were replaced. Also, my oil has nothing to do with my injectors, so I’m confused as to why did Technician highly recommend to do an oil change the oil change was done but the technician never reset it the actual mileage in my cluster now two weeks later my SUV is notifying me that it’s gonna need an oil change in 500 miles. Nothing makes sense and I’m a bit disappointed. More
