The wait is always too long. I was there for three hours for a software update, and a tire rotation. My service advisor is very professional, friendly and caring. I would rate my experience with this dealership a 8/10. There should be a sign-in log so that one can be called when an attendant is free to take them. When I came in for my appointment, there were two service reps that were waiting on customers. I had to wait when an attendant is free to take them. When I came in for my appointment, there were two service reps that were waiting on customers. I had to wait in the waiting area not knowing when they were free. I had to keep checking by going up front to see when someone was available. A sign-in log would have resolved this and they would have called out the next person when they were available. Smaller complaint... There is a sign that mentions free tea and coffee but there was no tea and no one knew that. The coffee machine was broken but they were aware of that and that is not a grievance. Otherwise, my experience that morning was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and courteous and my wait was even much shorter than expected. Once I mentioned there was no tea available, one of the service reps made a strong attempt to stock up on some. I was chuckling inside. It gave me a nice warm fuzzy feeling. I stay away from car dealerships as much as I can because it's expensive, but if I have to visit one, it's good to know that other than a hit in the pocketbook, it can be a good experience. More
