2 days to find out can’t do the job; got it done with local shop in 2 hours. Parts department said parts were not oem , they were ordered from Hyundai with vin , then I asked why don’t you get the parts local shop in 2 hours. Service Rep Raul was outstanding, couldn't ask for better! My only issue/complaint is 2+hrs for a simple oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection is pretty excessive (perhaps understandable i better! Communication between the Service Advisor, mechanic and myself was horrible. I had an appointment for a regular oil change, nothing complicated. The oil change took 2 1/2 hours, while I waited inside. I as myself was horrible. I had an appointment for a regular oil change, nothing complicated. The oil change took 2 1/2 hours, while I waited inside. I asked for an update after seeing my car parked outside and the Service Advisor recommended additional services (change filter) which I agreed to; however after another 45 minutes, my vehicle remained untouched in the parking lot. When I asked for an update, the mechanic walked by with hands in pockets saying “Oh yeah, I’m going to get water and will do it later on.” I asked for my vehicle so I could leave as I did not have another hour to wait when I had been there for over 3 hours already for an oil change… unacceptable. Based on similar experiences here, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
I have been using Diamond Hyundai since I bought my first Sonata in 2014 and have always been treated well. Raul my service advisor went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. There was a problem after service and I came back and spoke with Ashley the Service manager, she was friendly and professional and handled the situation in a way that I had hope for. The only problem and why you got a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating was the phones..... on three different occasions last week I left a message and... nobody called me back. I finally learned to not leave a message and just kept calling back until I was connected with a real person, who was very courteous and professional. I will continue to have both cars serviced at Diamond and thank you all for taking care of us. More
Drop off and pick up of my vehicle was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and professional. The service did not take too long and was finished earlier than I expected. My appointment was scheduled for 130 my car was not taken back to be worked on until 300. I find the excuse of well 130 was the time it needed to be checked in then we put it in for the work to be done. I wa back to be worked on until 300. You need to refigure how to set appointments. Your appointments should be scheduled at the time the car is to be worked on. I am very disappointed in Diamond Hyundai and I will not be bringing my car back here for any kind of work. More
