This is my third time coming to this location, and they have held my car for numerous days for an appointment due to overbooking. They also failed to order the part for my door after calling several times someone was able to call me back. They have failed to give me back tire caps after a service. My last service they could not patch a tire and I chose to take my service elsewhere. America Tires found a impact bubble that Hyundai Diamond Palmdale failed to see as well, despite signing me out with how dangerous impact bubbles can be. I will be going to Victorville from here on out. More
Honestly I just took my car to a 3rd master mechanic and for the 3rd time they all said the same thing that it's the low end knocking which is the part that is covered under warranty and your service depart for the 3rd time they all said the same thing that it's the low end knocking which is the part that is covered under warranty and your service department won't diagnose it properly saying I need to spend 3100 to fix a "timing issue" which I got checked and it's not that so I feel like I just paid 200 for nothing and paid 750 to get it towed I know you're sales department but if I buy a car from you I don't want to feel like I'm going to get scammed by your service department if I have to bring it in for a simple oil change your techs need some training if they think it's a timing issue More

My fuel injector went out in my engine unexpectedly when driving home to Ridgecrest from LAX. After 40 hours with no sleep, I was able to come in at 7:30 and Gess was immediately helpful, even with my unnec driving home to Ridgecrest from LAX. After 40 hours with no sleep, I was able to come in at 7:30 and Gess was immediately helpful, even with my unnecessary crying and stress. Gess had them look at my car, figure out the issue, and even found that some peeling rubber on my driver/passenger door panels were rubbing off which was covered under warranty. While waiting for the parts, they handled getting a rental car for me and were able to get me home. I’m so grateful for everything Gess did for me and, while I had been switching between Hyundai dealers for my service based on availability, I will be coming to Diamond Hyundai solely for my service now! Thank you, Gess! More
