Chris my service order coordinator was great, and the service was fine. But the Customer Waiting Area was about 87 degrees, and the TV didn't work. They were communicating with me throughout the whole process. The kind and patient customer service provided by Adriana was Platinum tier. The service team was so fast and efficient and it’s clear they have expertise with the cars. I understand dealership has gone under numerous managements and ownership but you should pay attention to reviews and feedback from customers. The only thing positive I can say was the service advi managements and ownership but you should pay attention to reviews and feedback from customers. The only thing positive I can say was the service advisor was good. Service are needs: Greeters,loaner cars and car wash machines should be available. An oil change with scheduled appointment should not take 2+ hours. WiFi wasn’t working and each visit has been this way. Several customers were complaining about above matters but said they feel forced to come until warranty is up and would go elsewhere. I was going to purchase another Hyundai but considering I now live in Palmdale, I will definitely not be purchasing another Hyundai. Due to the fact that this is the only dealership in Palmdale and I won’t receive good service. More
