5 stars now but 2 stars previously My last two services were much better than before. This past service with Kristina Haas and technician Armando Silva was very good. The previous service with Nicole Bright was also very good. Services but that were mediocre at best. I had just about given up on Diamond Honda. In past services I felt unnecessarily pressured to agree to service that was questionable. One time my service manager had to leave so I was handed off to another. This second one disappeared. After waiting an unusually long period of time I had to try to track down this second service manager. Never could find him and had to ask another for help. My car had been sitting there ready and no one bothered to let me know. Unprofessional and inexcusable. I am hoping that after having received good service from Kristina and Nicole that I can feel assured that things have changed. More

Hey mind even offered to buy us dinner lol The finance department and they are extremely helpful as well they will get you the car that you want and try to work those numbers. Don't believe me give them a try. Look for Edgar madrigal or for Victor Diaz those two were my helpers and they were awesome. More
