I will not have my service done at the El Monte. Nick Hernandez was not professional and kind in that service and made me feel that I was bothering him. His text was very professional at the end of service but his response was you need to wait for so and so who will help you, I don't remember his name, and he walked away with no response other than that. I will continue having my service at Diamond. Thank you More

Awesome Experience! My vehicle needed oil change and with my busy work schedule, Saturday is the only day I can get this serviced. Without an appointment, I called Diamon My vehicle needed oil change and with my busy work schedule, Saturday is the only day I can get this serviced. Without an appointment, I called Diamond Honda at 7am asking if they can service my car but honestly thinking they'd turn me away. To my surprise, they didn't turn me away and got my car in for regular oil change maintenance with Honda's multi-point inspection plus tire rotation. Elmo Orellan took very good care of me and was very courteous and accommodating all through out. His customer service skill is just outstanding and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely seek Elmo out first on my next regular maintenance service. Great job Elmo! Keep it up! More
