Gabriel helped me out on my Accord that had all service lights come on just 3 months from brand new. Before, I had gone I went to Ocean Honda and they didnt know what the heck they were doing and charged m lights come on just 3 months from brand new. Before, I had gone I went to Ocean Honda and they didnt know what the heck they were doing and charged me for a removal of something that had nothing to do with anything. Gabriel made sure to have someone check for sure what the problem was, got whatever part he needed in, and fixed what was wrong. Great guy. More

Tony Lam my Service Advisor was great from start to finish. I was worried about getting quoted on maintenance that I thought I had already taken care of. I explained to Tony my problem and the other Ho finish. I was worried about getting quoted on maintenance that I thought I had already taken care of. I explained to Tony my problem and the other Honda dealerships I had been taking my car to. This was my first time at Diamond Honda because I started a new job. I get my car maintenance based on convenience. The other Honda dealerships I went to in the past were because of their proximity to my job. Diamond Honda thankfully did not disappoint since I really did like my last dealership. Even when I had a harsh response to said suggested maintenance. Tony went above and beyond and called all the other dealerships to confirm what maintenance my car had actually had in the past. The only criticism I have is there should really be a connection on a Service level. No matter which Honda dealership you frequent, if you are using the same Honda recommended products the systems should be better connected. Or some central Honda database that a dealership can go to and see all the repairs and information on that vehicle when serviced at a Honda dealership. More
