This review is for my horrible experience at the service center. I scheduled my appointment online for 1:30 PM the following day. I arrived at my agreed upon time and the receptionist tells me that my vehic center. I scheduled my appointment online for 1:30 PM the following day. I arrived at my agreed upon time and the receptionist tells me that my vehicle will not be looked at until 5PM. Mind you I live 18 miles away, have two small children with me who don't have the patience to stay at the Honda store for 3.5 hours. If I make an appointment I expect my vehicle be diagnosed within a reasonable amount of time, not 3.5 hours. So I asked to speak with a manager at which time, Pete Nelson comes to speak with me. Pete tells me that they would not be able to complete a full diagnosis by 5PM and they would only do some quick troubleshooting. I explain to Pete that nowhere does it state online how long my wait would be and 3.5 hours is not a reasonable amount of time to expect a customer to wait, especially if they would not be giving me a full diagnosis at the end of the wait. I told Pete that their online reservation system is completely flawed and that they should not be accepting reservations if they could not fulfill their services or diagnosis in a reasonable amount of time and Pete had no rebutal. To Pete and the management team at Diamond Honda, if you know your system is flawed, fix it. If you have a customer who has a valid complaint, make the situation right. Until then, I will tell everyone I know and write a review on every website I can find to tell them to stay away from your service center. More

Brought my car in for a Recall service. The usual quick and stress free service from Diamond Honda. The only negative was that I was slightly surprised that the initial tech tried to upsell me for an o and stress free service from Diamond Honda. The only negative was that I was slightly surprised that the initial tech tried to upsell me for an oil change with 75% oil life... He looked over and said something along the lines of "oh look, oil life is at 75%" and looked at me to see if I wanted to do something about it... I was a bit surprised but told him that I am not driving as often so 75% is going to last me quite a while still. and that was the end of that. No additional pressure to do anything else. In and out relatively quickly and the service completed ahead of schedule as well. More
