Employees very polite. I like that they have someone outside guiding you and asking what kind of service do you need. you are guided from the minute you enter the service lot until you leave the parting lot... Love that! I was amazed with to see the tremendous amount of cars in line waiting for service, yet employees still manage to be very polite and organized. With that kind of good service, I do not mind waiting 3 hours for my oil change. I was told 3 to 4 hours but luckily it was completed in only 1 hour and 30 minutes. I am a happy camper!
