ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! CARELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, MANAGER ( PHILLIP) AND GENERAL MANGER ( JOSH ). MAKE PROMISES, HAVE NO RESPECT FOR P !!! TOLD TO HAVE A SEAT IN WAITING AREA & waited 45MINS THEN WHEN I CHECK WITH STAFF MEMBER WHO WENT TO REMIND HIM I WAS WAITING FOR HIM I OVER HEARD HIM TELL STAFF MEMBER HE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH ME TODAY FOR ME TO GO BACK TOMORROW MORNING. AS IF I HAVE NO JOB, NO RESPONSIBILITIES, NO LIFE BUT TO CONTINUE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND DEALERSHIP. I HAD WORK DONE THRU WARRANTY RECEIVED CAR BACK WITH EXTRA PARTS BROKEN TOOK MONTHS TO GET APPROVED / ORDERED EVEN THOUGH TECHNICIAN BROKE IT. I WAS TOLD PART WAS ORDERED, ON BACK ORDER, THEN STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL. ALL IN THAT ORDER. THEN TOLD PART IS DISCONTINUED AND CANNOT BE LOCATED AT ANY DEALERS. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. STAFF CONTINUE TO STATE THE ARE UNDERSTAFFED OVER WORKED AND CANNOT GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
Went in for an oil change on Tuesday and had a discounted price on my phone mail for a $99. Price. They said it would take 2 hours well it took over 4 hours and when I got home I checked my e mail and their price on my phone mail for a $99. Price. I went back and asked the manager to honor that price and he refused to because he was not aware of that coupon. You would think that any price reductions that come from their company the managers would be aware of. More
Took my truck in because it was inoperable but after your diagnosis your team “iris” said it was a battery fault, I believed her and had my daughter pick up my truck to bring home. Next day (today) I drive i diagnosis your team “iris” said it was a battery fault, I believed her and had my daughter pick up my truck to bring home. Next day (today) I drive it to work or attempted and I completed stalled and had AAA come to assist again. Took into another shop 50 miles away and they said it’s not a faulty battery. So here I am again attempting to get it fixed because the place I bought it from was no help and service was horrible. Mid diagnosis. I will be going public with this type of service. You risked my daughter’s life and mine. More
