Chris Mejia was excellent as I was able to negotiate the deal remotely and we arrived at a deal. He was understanding, friendly and not aggressive. He listened to our needs and met them. Eric the manager wouldn't keep his word about reducing the total price if my tax rate was lower than the first quote. Also when I asked for the original paper with the numbers, something he had me sign, t the total price if my tax rate was lower than the first quote. I should have known things weren't all up and up from the beginning. When I was coming for the car was told was on the front of the lot by salesman Eric. After a long wait I saw him come up with the car and a jump starter. Between this and discovering the underinflated tires they sold on the car I realize this car was just sitting on a back lot somewhere for a long time. The dealer had possession of this car for over a year for some reason. More

Long time customer of AV Ford. Disappointed with my recent visit to Diamond Ford. I stopped in to schedule an appointment to have the trim piece replaced on truck. I spoke with Dan Disappointed with my recent visit to Diamond Ford. I stopped in to schedule an appointment to have the trim piece replaced on truck. I spoke with Dan and he asked if I had the truck with me. I replied that I did. However; he said we would have to schedule another appointment so that pictures of my truck could be taken and sent to Ford to obtain authorization to have the work done under warranty. Upon my next appointment he simply walked out and looked at my truck and affirmed that the part would need repaired. I asked if he needed photos and he replied "No, we don't need to take any photos." He verified the part was in stock and advised that we would have to schedule a third appointment as a glass company would have to remove the rear glass. Dan lied to me at my first appointment (telling me I would have to return so photos could be taken) resulting in me having to return again so he could simply look at the trim piece. He should have done this at the first appointment. He did not walk out to look at my truck even though he asked if the truck was with me and I told him it was parked in the service bay. I live over 50 miles away and wasted my time and gas unnecessarily returning for a second trip. During my third (final visit) when the trim piece was repaired I also paid to have the Works service completed. After arriving home following the visit it was clear that my tires were not rotated. I'm very disappointed. My rating of a two is primarily because I am satisfied with the trim piece being replaced. If I ever have service completed at this dealership again I will not deal with Dan as I feel he is dishonest. He told me I would be receiving this survey and that a 5 star was very important to him. My time and gas is very important to me as is having the services completed that I pay for. More
