Absolutely awful experience with this dealership. I’m still in a bit of shock at how awful they were. They did not fix my car and kept it for two days. It was a pleasant experience. I walked in they took my information. They took my car back and had my full service done within an hour. Highly recommend these guys. I brought my car in for a problem. I never received any updates and had to go there 4 days later to get an answer. They said the care was done. When I picked up my car, the problem was I never received any updates and had to go there 4 days later to get an answer. They said the care was done. When I picked up my car, the problem was still there. I proceeded to bring the car back. Again, another 4 days with no word, the car still parked in the same place. I had to go there to get any answers. They told me it was going to be this specific part. I ordered the part and returned the car to them. Again, another 4 days with no response from them. Again, I went there and was told that there was another problem, and I needed another part. I ordered that part. The next day I get a call for the service manager saying the car was ready and that I didn't need that part, after I already ordered it. Every time I had to go to the dealer for answers, I was told" I was about ready to call you" and my paperwork was at the bottom of the stack. I got the car back and Quess what, the problem is still there. They also broke a part while doing the work and I had to buy and replace that part. They also left greasy fingerprints all over the hood and front bumper. They also spilt brake fluid on the fender where it meets the engine compartment and now part of the paint is messed up. This is the first and last time I come to this dealership. More
