Very unsatisfied with your service. Nobody tried to help we had questions and I would call them instead of them reaching out to us. Tried to get my back seat fixed or clipped back in when nobody ever sits there brand new seats that upholstery coming apart and dealership is charging 200 for manufacture failure. Asked for warranty coverage paperwork and said I had to call in. Very unsatisfied with dealership service and Chevrolet. NO MORE CHEVROLET IN OUR FUTURE.. Toyota cost more but reliable cars… More

Service advisor was not efficient, failed to communicate what was needed. Turns out I have to bring truck back to update on an Open recall. This dealership is a joke. They were not helpful at all. I took in my car for a leak and they took an entire month (28 days) to be exact. No follow up no call NOTHING! I had to call twice between that time to get an update. First time they weren’t done with the numbers and estimate. Second time the Nathan guy was on vacation and nobody could give me an update because they didn’t have any information on my car. I was so fed up I ended up going that weekend for my car. Long story short I get there to pick up my car with no clue what’s wrong with it and they inform me that they had lost my keys!!!! They couldn’t find them anywhere. 3 guys were looking everywhere for them for over an hour it was ridiculous. I had to leave since they were closing but the following day they found them and I was finally able to pick up my car. More
