I was having electrical issues with my 2020 silverado and took it to Diamond Chevrolet, they had it a month and didn't do anything to repair it. I finally went and took it to another dealer for the repair. More

This person doesn’t exist. Called the dealership but no knows who this person is. Been waiting for over a four years now to get my trans fixed. Bring it in and drop it off is what they say they keep it for a week and then they call and say it’s ready but it still does the same thing! The hard cover I bought for the bed has been broken sense July of 2023 they say O we have to call the manufacturer check with them every week but get the same answer they haven’t heard back yet but when I called the manufacturer the said it’s covered now diamond says it’s out of warranty. But it was under warranty when I first bought it in BASICALLY THEY HAVE TOLD ME TO GO POUND SAND BECAUSE WERE NOT GOING TO FIX IT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE OR REFER ANYONE TO THEM WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!
