Service went well, the advisor informed me that I had a recall on the stereo and was fixed along with the scheduled oil change. However, the tech. Did not look into my request of diagnosing a ticking/ta recall on the stereo and was fixed along with the scheduled oil change. However, the tech. Did not look into my request of diagnosing a ticking/tapping noise coming from the driver side engine compartment. The advisor asked me to bring it back during the week at the time of pick up which is difficult to do since I had to take time off of work to drop it off originally and would have to do so again. We chose Diamond because other dealers weren’t able to provide the service we needed in a timely (or even convenient) manner. The service writer Nathan Cooke was a great help he was able to check in my vehicle and even got me a ride to school. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my vehicle did not diagnose it properly. I we able to check in my vehicle and even got me a ride to school. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my vehicle did not diagnose it properly. I went in for a coolant leak under the engine on the driver side and the diagnosis was that it needed heater hoses due to a “leak” coming from the firewall on the passenger side. Am not sure if it was looked at properly but since this was a completely other area and a leak I haven’t witnessed before or even now. I chose not to continue with the service. More
