I have bought two previous vehicles with Diamond Auto Group and always had good experiences. This time it was no different. They listen to what you want as far as the price, the terms you want and vehi Group and always had good experiences. This time it was no different. They listen to what you want as far as the price, the terms you want and vehicle you are interested in purchasing. It was nice that there wasn't pressure to buy that very day. I do not like pushy salespersons. I always received a quick response to all the emails I sent. Show room and service areas were very neat and clean. The salesmen, managers, service people and office people are all very attentive and nice to you. Thank you for a good experience in buying a vehicle. Betty More
I had 4 tires replaced at Diamond on 2/14/25 and when I took the truck home to wash the wheels because they were covered in whatever liquid they use to mount them I found gouges on the edge of one of the w took the truck home to wash the wheels because they were covered in whatever liquid they use to mount them I found gouges on the edge of one of the wheels. I expressed my concern BEFORE I dropped the truck off and I had Jessica put in the notes section "Customer is concerned about his wheels, Please me very careful with them.. He has pictures of them". I called Aimee who was my service advisor and told her I found damage and I sent her pictures. She then forwarded them to the service director and they are refusing to replace the damaged wheel. She said that the director said its curb damage. She said the director said its impossible for the tire machine to do this damage and I agree I dont think it happened on a tire machine but it looks like they used a bar to pry against the wheel because you can see some black grease or something inbeded in the gouges. If this damage was there the clear coating on the wheel would be peeling off but it isn't. I sent my vehicle to diamond because I was fearful this would happen at an average car repair center. I expect at 199.95 an hour to receive the vehicle back the same condition as I dropped it off. Also, Why wouldn't the dealer take pictures of the wheels prior to working on them? Especially when the work order states CUSTOMER IS CONCERNED! All in all this was a terrible experience. Amiee has been very good trying to solve this issue with me but unfortunately her hands are tied. I was suppose to have 2 TPMS installed once they came in but I'll take it to McGee in Charlton instead. Never again will I deal with Diamond, And I'll never recommend them to anyone. All because there's no accountability. ALWAYS CHECK your vehicle before you leave with it!!!! More

Agreed to a price over the phone and by the time a drove over an hour to the dealer the price had changed there mind. Also tried to sell me a cheaper truck without a sunroof with also 500 miles on it witho over an hour to the dealer the price had changed there mind. Also tried to sell me a cheaper truck without a sunroof with also 500 miles on it without me knowing With them trying to sell me the wrong truck the right one was not cleaned or prepped for delivery. Had to take the truck because it was late at night and not wanting to make another 2 plus hour round trip to find a decent size paint chip on the door. Had to spend $1000 at another shop to get it fixed. Terrible experience here will not be buying another truck from them. Very inexperienced sales man. Do not recommend coming here More
After driving by my local Westborough MA, GMC dealership several times I decided to inquire about the new GMC Hummer 3X SUV parked out front. I tried to call the dealership as I was on my way to Boston seve several times I decided to inquire about the new GMC Hummer 3X SUV parked out front. I tried to call the dealership as I was on my way to Boston several times with no return call. Finally, I sent an e-mail through their website again with no return call or e-mail. Finally, I spoke to a person and inquired about test driving this vehicle. This particular woman advised me that I had to qualify to purchase, before they would allow me to test drive the vehicle. After a few minutes on the phone, I felt this person to be……. well, let’s just leave it at, unprofessional…. I decided to contact Diamond in Auburn MA as I have had experience with them in the past. I spoke to Mike Monfreda who said that he had the exact vehicle I was looking for…. to come anytime to take a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the brand new 2024 Hummer was out front with the air conditioning on. Sales Rep Hector Villar accompanied me on the ride and within one hour I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Monfreda helped me transfer my insurance and license plates I was on my way that afternoon. However, not before Hector spent approximately 1 hour with me showing me all how to operate the vehicles extensive operating system. Prior to leaving the dealership Jon Massad came down shook my hand and thanked me for utilizing their dealership for the purchase of this vehicle.
