Al and Mike I recently purchased a 2020 KIA Sorento LX just before the lease on my KIA 2017 was ending. I worked with Mike via email (which I prefer) who found th I recently purchased a 2020 KIA Sorento LX just before the lease on my KIA 2017 was ending. I worked with Mike via email (which I prefer) who found the right vehicle and the right price. When I came to turn in my lease and pickup the new vehicle everything was as expected and Al handle all the details. He couldn't have be nicer. Only issue was KIA changed the default radio in the LX and it no longer came with Sirius which was a disappointment. I connect from my phone via Car Play, however, I guess the connection loosens and I loose my Sirius connection. I will follow up with Difeo Kia. Not the dealerships fault per se. Kevin More

If my husband had not stopped me, I would have definitely walked out. No one should be bullied - which is what he did. The way he treated us was atrocious. I will definitely not recommend anyone going to DiFeo Kia simply because of his behavior. I am appalled at his attitude and I am shocked that DiFeo employs someone that disrespects customers the way he does. Michael Delise does not know how to treat people. He definitely made DiFeo Kia an unpleasant place that I will not recommend or revisit. More
