Overall, the dealership has been easy to work with. I feel I could have gotten a better interest rate on my car loan, but I beleve that I can straighten that out with my bank. They did a good job of working things out with the insurance company of the woman who hit the car I was trading in, but needed to be prompted more than I would have liked. Their location is convenient, and their Provision of transportation to and from work in Albany when maintenance needs to be done is a real plus. More

For fun, my wife decided to "build your own" on Suzuki's website. The price wasn't half bad so she hit request a quote from a dealer. She put my name and number and hit send. This was on a Friday afternoon. About 45 minutes later, my phone rang with a number we didn't recognize. My wife and I looked at each other and said, "No. It couldn't be." thinking it was to soon for a call from the dealership. I was thinking it would be a couple DAYS not a couple MINUETS! Sure enough, a friendly voice on the other end said his name was Bob from Advantage Suzuki and wanted to know if we had any questions on the SX4 we were looking at. After a couple minuets on the phone I decided to head down to look at it while my wife stayed home with the napping kids. After some talking with another salesman, Chris (Bob had the day off but STILL gave me an immediate call back) and looking, I was told to take the care home for the night so my wife could see it and bring it back tomorrow. Right there I knew this was the dealership for me. They even got the silver color my wife said she wanted for me. (In a back lot somewhere none out front) When I got home, my wife ran outside to see the new car. She took it for a quick run to the store and back and said she loved it, but didn't like it in the silver (women). Ok, looking like this is the car for us. Now to go back tomorrow morning and ask Bob more questions. Bob answered every question my wife and I had, was kind and professional, and understood and addressed any concerns I had instead of dismissing them and pushing the product like plenty of other salesman I've dealt with. The price was right, trade-in price was right, all the sales staff were amazing and the atmosphere was more family oriented than any other dealership I've been in. They had a TV for the kids to watch cartoons and a box of toys for them to play with while we concentrated on the deal. They didn't pull anything "shady" like making me pay for the gas in the car, or throwing in a last little "Oops, forgot about the surprise $450 here or $300 there" in unjustified charges like the dealership I bought my last car from. Bob from Advantage Suzuki has made loyal customers out of my wife and I. To be honest, I'm already looking at the Equator for myself when I can afford it. You can bet that I will go back to Bob when I'm ready to purchase! More

I knew exactly what I wanted, a small all wheel drive SUV, and started with the new 2010 Grand Vitara. I had a budget and Rhett tried to work with me but we could not quite get there with the new vehicle. He brought me back onto the lot to look at a couple used SUVs and I ended up buying a barely used Grand Vitara that was right in my price range. Two days later I took the trip to pick up my vehicle. I pulled in and saw the car freshly washed, waxed, oil changed and gas tank full and everything went smooth. I love my new vehicle and am already recommending Advantage Suzuki to people who are now on the market for a new vehicle! More

I bought my first Suzuki in 2003, it was a 2003 Aerio SX. The vehicle went 6 years without any mechanical problems. When the starter went in 2009, I looked at a brand new Grand Vitara and bought it (trading theSX in). My middle son (Jeremy) owns a 2008 SX4 Sedan. Eight months after puchasing the Grand Vitara I received an e-mail showing a new car called Kizashi coming in late December. The car looked absolutely phenomenal, I researched all there was available to see and read about the car. I watched a few video's and thought smooth, classy, sporty and sexy, I want that car. When they were available at Advantage Suzuki my oldest son Josh, his wife Jamie, my wife and I went to check out and test drive the Kizashi. My son wanted one, but was fresh in a lease and the sales manager advised him against it (very respectful). Not to mention...Advantage was closed and they stayed open just for us so we could test drive it. Well I purchased two 2010 Kisashi's one for my wife and one for me. My wife and I love our cars. I received mine first, about two hours before my wife. I told Joe, the sales manager my plans to put flowers in the car. I went to get the flowers and when I came back they had pulled her car into the showroom, covered it in balloons and a giant red bow. After my wife signed her papers they asked her if she was ready to see her car and led her to the car on the showroom floor without her even realizing it was hers. Once she realized that was her car she had tears in her eyes! At Advantage Suzuki sales are important but they are not #1. The Customers are #1. Everyone is treaded like a person, not a sale. In my experience with Advantage Suzuki, the personalism is a close to friends as you can get and professionalism is above average.
