My experience at Advantage was excellent! The sales and finance department were great! Alfio my salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The finance department gave me the most money for my trade compared to any other dealers in the area and the purchase price of the Kizashi was less than any other Suzuki dealer in the area. What a great experience, especially after my frustrating efforts to buy a Kia Optima. Dave was my salesman, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, as was Chris. They made the whole proces efforts to buy a Kia Optima. Dave was my salesman, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, as was Chris. They made the whole process painless and I felt absolutely no pressure. I had originally set out to look at the Kizashi, then go across the street to look at the Ford Fusion, which I could buy using a relative's discount plan. Dave and Chris worked together to earn my business, and gave me a great deal on both the sales price and my trade value. Needless to say I never made it across the street to see the Fusion! I was even able to take delivery of the car the same day. Talk about night and day when compared to the 7 week ordeal I went through to try and buy the Optima, which I ending up abandoning after having three separate cars fall through after I was told they had secured one for me. The service I received from Advantage and the staff was exceptional. They only had one set of keys for my car when I bought it, and so had to order me the spare. I was shocked when I received a call on my cell one morning from Dave to say that he had delivered my spare key to the security desk at my work so that I didn't have to make a special trip to the dealership! Dave even took the time to program my phone for the bluetooth connection that was included in my new car. Going one step further, I just collected on a $300 Customer Referral rebate check for having referred a co-worker who ended up buying an SX4. The check came less than a week after they took delivery, and I didn't have to do a thing to collect on it! I can't say enough great things about Advantage, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting a great product at a great price, all while being treated like a valued customer and not like a wallet waiting to be emptied. My only hope now is that I'm eligible for the great iPad2 offer on a new purchase that I just found out about advertised on one of their promotional cars at Crossgates Mall. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Dave this year. He is very knowldgable on Suzuki vehicles. I did not feell presured at all. Sold me a lemon/bad service/sales: retured to have cv joints fixed only after leaving the lot (2x job), rt inner/outer tie rod, muffler not fixed among others!!! tie rod job were not realligned, it was joints fixed only after leaving the lot (2x job), rt inner/outer tie rod, muffler not fixed among others!!! tie rod job were not realligned, it was pulling me to the right and the wheel weren't even straight now this is even after i reported them to the BBB, and their excuse for wiring the muffler instead welding the bracket to the muffler was that they didn't have enough time,well, they had plenty of time. They had supposely welded the bracket but welded the rusted braket back to the muffler and told me that it was standard. It didn't take long for the muffler to be broken again. It didn't take MIDAS long (about an hour) to re-align, welded a bracket to the muffler, and balance the tires because it was shaking when I was driving in the highway. I did want to bring it back again to the dealer so i had Midas fix those issues and paid it myself. There's more reason but i don't have the time either. Don't buy any use car here because they don't know how to fix anything, you will end up with a lot of stress and lost time/gas going back and forth to the dealer. More
